Yakima luxury with game room and heated pool - POOL OPEN MAY-SEPT

Beautifully updated home that features a backyard Oasis! The inground pool is heated. Only open May -Sept. The interior of the home has an open concept with a large kitchen that has newer white cabinets, nice stainless appliances, and tons of white Quartz counter space that includes a peninsula with seating. The Living room has French doors that lead to the pool area. The primary bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms. When you pull up you will see a tranquil place to relax or enjoy your time in the game room with poker table or basketball. You'll see ample parking on the side of the house as well as street parking. The location is minutes away from Sozo sports complex, local restaurants, grocery stores and much more. This is a well established safe neighborhood. Perfect for families or getaways to enjoy the local wineries, breweries, or fresh local produce. Short 45 minute drive to White Pass ski resort. No events, maximum 9 people at the house at any given time.

The house was immaculate! Beds were comfy, plenty of plush towels and beach towels. However the pool area was suffering from lots of deferred maintenance.The pool itself was useable but cold, 73 degrees not exactly heated.

Wonderful stay!

Our hosts communicated great and made our stay just perfect. Home was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and fun for the whole family. Will definitely book again if we are ever in Yakima again.

Good for large group

This house had a lot of room with comfortable spaces to lounge. The beds were all very comfortable. We could have spent more time outside on the patio furniture but it had not been cleaned up yet since it was still April.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. We traveled from the west side to visit with family in Yakima. House was clean and very nicely furnished with all the comforts. We did have a minor mishap with the air conditioning on our first night. However, Derek and Sandie were on top of it within minutes we had fans and luckily by morning it was all fixed. Plus, we had the pool to cool off in before bed. We all truly appreciated the prompt attention given by our hosts. A huge thanks to Sandie & Derek who checked on us to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

We were exploring all over Yakima and this house was perfect. Big kitchen and decent sized rooms. It was a little chilly for the heated pool but still enjoyed sitting out by it. Would for sure recommend staying here!

Another great weekend stay

This is our second stay at this property. It fits perfectly for our family. We have plenty of room for our kids and their spouses to stay and have space while we visit family in the area. The check in/out process was seamless and really liked the fact that all the checkout items were also listed on the fridge so everyone was able to double and triple check the list. Thank you again!

Beautiful Home - Great Kitchen & Outdoor Pool

Very comfortable and clean home. We had 3 adult couples in our group and were very pleased with this house. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed mornings and evenings eating and relaxing by the pool. Home was in very good condition, except backyard could use some landscaping work. We would rent this home again in the future!

It served the purpose

We were staying in the area for a golf tournament and it served it's purpose to lay our heads and give people who weren't golfing something to do, having a pool. owner was workable when I needed to add another night. The inside of the house is comfortable. Not very well stocked in the kitchen you need to make sure you have foil, baggies etc for food storage. There weren't any big bowls really so take that into consideration. The owners have had issues with previous renters and her approach to current renters could have been better about the issues. The pool was refreshing but it is clearly deteriorating and the concrete around the pool is sinking. The yard was over grown and didn't appear to be kept up recently. For the price we were paying I expected a little more all the way around.

Get Trip Insurance

We were looking forward to our second visit to this amazing house for my 91 year old father-in-laws birthday. Unfortunately due to national weather alerts in the Pacific Northwest we decided it would be unsafe to travel over the mountain passes. We reached out to the host to see about the possibility of postponing the reservation to the following weekend which was open. It was clearly stated in the listing that we were beyond the cancelation period. We were just hoping some consideration could be made. This message is just to recommend that if you are traveling over mountain passes it is a good idea to purchase trip insurance.

Disappointed

The property is absolutely beautiful but not being able to have my 4 adult children & their spouces along with my 8 grandson ages between 3 & 19 years old along with our parents over for a family dinner was extremely upsetting. I was under the impression that only 9 people could sleep in this home but I could have my family over for dinner Saturday afternoon..... the agenda was from 3-7pm the family would join us for dinner and games here at the house. Id even mentioned to the host I was a having a taco/nacho bar. Then the night before our check in I was informed no more then 9 people at one time. Well how am I suppose to decide which of my family could attend. Extremely disappointed.

Beautiful home

This was a beautifully maintained home, we were thrilled with all the space and the amenities such as the game room (we stayed in Dec so the pool wasn’t an option) everything was clean and we had everything we needed- down to decent pots and pans and plenty of towels for our group. We also liked that were notes in the house about certain things, like were to find more towels, bedding or extra beds. Our only downside was the check in process. This was our first time using VRBO and we had no idea how the process truly worked. Right at check in time we got an email that seemed like it should have come the day before- stating we could not check in til 2:40- but we literally received it at 3:30 (check in time) so that threw me off. It may have been a glitch in the system or just email issues, but it is something to take note of. Same with check out instructions they came the morning of check out- we were glad we were planning on staying close to check out time- because if we had have to leave early in the am we wouldn’t have gotten the email in time. Overall it was a fantastic weekend, in a super quiet neighborhood in a beautiful home.
