Beautiful 4-bedroom house with AC in tranquil Yakima
Newly remodeled home located in central Yakima next to the hospital that accommodates up to 10 guests.
Enjoy all Yakima has to offer by checking out local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and parks nearby.
Located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.
Fully stocked with luxury finishes and everything you need. Also stocked with board games, books, kids toys, WiFi, and a pack n play.
Master suite upstairs. Bedroom contains a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet and huge walk in shower in master bathroom with rainfall shower head.
Right off of the master is the main living room with ample seating that includes a couch with a trundle bed. You will also find a half bathroom next to the living room. Then you will find the dining room right next to the kitchen that includes gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, breakfast nook, and all of your kitchen essentials.
In the basement you will find 3 bedrooms. Two of which have queen beds and the 3rd with bunk beds that consist of 3 twin beds. In the basement you will also find another full bathroom with shower/bathtub, laundry room, with new washer and dryer, and family room with large sectional, futon couch, smart tv, and electric fireplace.
You can reach the backyard through the sliding glass door that will take you to a patio containing a bbq grill. You will also find outdoor furniture surrounding the outdoor gas fire pit.

There is a shared driveway that offers space for two cars in the back of the house and more parking in front.
WiFi and off street parking available.
