La unidad 103 tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, pisos de madera noble, encimeras de granito, una decoración hermosa y vistas increíbles del agua.

Hermoso condominio primer piso en Sunset Bay se encuentra en un rincón privado de la comunidad. Este condominio está decorada profesionalmente y tiene una sensación relajante spa. Cuenta con un diseño abierto en el salón principal con una isla de granito con taburetes del mostrador en la cocina. Usted puede ver la bahía desde la sala de estar, comedor y cocina, así como el dormitorio principal. Hay una vista parcial del agua de la habitación con la cama nido. Esta sala también cuenta con un mural Assateague único hecho por el artista local Jan Eichfeld.

Venga y permanecer en esta unidad que se siente como un hotel de lujo con todas las comodidades del hogar. Hay dos televisores LCD - uno en la sala de estar con un DVD / VCR y uno en el dormitorio principal con un reproductor de DVD incorporado. You could not ask for a better host than Annie. Quick communications and at the ready to help you with anything you need not only with her condo, but also anything on the island. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained with no issues that I could ever warn anyone about. The view is second to none and we absolutely can't wait for next year. We have been coming to the island for over 30 years and Annie will always be our new host!

We loved Chincoteugue Island

The owner is extremely responsive and wants to ensure you know everything ahead of time. She checked the weather before we left so we knew what to expect with the currents. I recommend this property.

Worth Every Penny!

This place was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, spacious, light, great deck, designed for a wonderful vacation. It's right on the main drag with easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. I would go again on a heartbeat. The owners are personable and responsive. This is a great one!

Fantastic Getaway

We stayed two nights over Labor Day weekend. The condo is beautiful. Tasteful decor, and wonderful open layout. It had a spacious and roomy feel which our family of five appreciated. We loved the porch and dock first thing in the morning. Nice walkable location and of course, beautiful sunsets. We'll be back!

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island.

Our wonderful accommodations!

My family and I had a wonderful experience in Chincoteague during our recent stay at Sunset Bay Villa which we rented from the Switzers. Every room was so beautiful. Two sliding glass doors leading to the deck allowed us to relax outside and enjoy the view of the water and the sunsets. Everything was clean and inviting and there were even little "extras" from puzzles to music CDs. We had a great time!

Relaxing stay with family

We had a great time in the three days we spend in your condo. The deck was our favorite place, and where we spent half of our day drinking coffee and watching the water and birds. We loved the open floor plan, and felt like there was plenty of space for everyone. Great floor plan. Thanks for renting to us! :)

Great stay!!

Modern, clean, spacious property. Very comfortable and nice neighbors. The porch was very relaxing and there are even crab traps for fun out on the dock. Walking distance to many restaurants (we enjoyed Ropewalk the best). Everything was in order when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Note: The third bedroom is fine for kids, but the extra beds would be a bit uncomfortable for adults.

Perfect for Family Fun!

Thanks a bunch Annie and Todd! We had such a wonderful stay in your beautiful, high quality, brand new (and super clean! :) condo! Not only was the view exquisite, but also, the location was so ideal! We were able to casually stroll to the shops and restaurants. In addition, our nights were full of sound rest due to the extremely comfortable mattresses. Our family will definitely be repeat renters at your condo!

Relaxing vacation

We wanted to say how much we enjoyed this rental property. The owner was extremely helpful and described the property very accurately. It was one of our most relaxing and peaceful vacations. When we were looking for a place, we saw the picture of the porch- overlooking the water and we could picture ourselves sitting there watching the beautiful sunsets and to be honest!!! It did NOT disappoint! The area was very family oriented and what we liked the most - it is NOT a commercial-type resort. We loved the small town stores and atmosphere. We would definitely return.

Best Memorial Day Weekend Getaway Ever!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Todd and Annie's beautiful and immaculately clean condo! The sunset views were gorgeous as were the peaceful mornings spent on their very private deck overlooking the water! My husband and I and our four kids had plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable I actually slept 8 hours each night...much better than my own bed! All six of us thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool and walking to town from the condo was a breeze! Be sure to get Annie's recommendations on places to visit and where to eat as all were a hit! Don't miss Woody's BBQ as well as biking onto Assateague Island...fantastic. We hope to be back soon!

Best Vacation Yet!

Chincoteague was the first vacation my little girls and I have had alone since my divorce. Staying at the Sunset Bay Villas was absolutely perfect for us! They crabbed in the morning and played with all the other children in the villas in the evening. The condo was gorgeous and well maintained! We couldn't ask for a better place. The view out the master bedroom and off the deck was spectacular. The décor in the condor fit perfectly with the location. I wouldn't change a thing! Annie was very helpful and easy to contact with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation or a romantic get away! Thanks so much Annie for providing us with the perfect place to make lasting memories!

What you see is what you get.

We had a wonderful first visit to Chincoteaque staying in the Switzer's beautiful condo. Everything was as described and easily accessible for our group including my 90-year-old mother. The view over the bay was delightful, and the condo was spotless. Annie went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay, even calling us to let us know a rocket was to be sent off from Wallops Island one evening. We took the Daisey boat tour which was very informative, and our captain made sure we got to see the ponies. We toured Assatateaque and got to see a few ponies there, also as well as walking on the beach. On a rainy day we went to the NASA visitor center and enjoyed that. We had brought food for our breakfasts and lunches and enjoyed dinners at Bill's, Don's and Maria's. The ice cream at the Creamery was the best!. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great spot in Chincoteague!

We visited with our four small children and were delighted with the condo. The whole place was spotlessly clean and we found everything was exactly as described in the listing. (We even got a call from Annie asking if the cleaner could return a little later in the day to tidy up a stubborn stain left by a prior guest! With our permission, the cleaner came by while we were out and dealt with it.) The property is on the ground floor, tucked away at the back of the development right next to the marina. It's a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch, looking out over the water. The Sunset Bay condos are on the main street, just a few blocks from the center of the town, bookshop, library and so on. Everything is within easy reach of the development, so it's a good central location for exploring. Annie and Todd were extremely helpful hosts. They provided an information packet when we booked that turned out to be extremely helpful indeed. They were also accommodating of our questions and needs. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends -- and have!

Great Place for our Anniversary Trip

Annie was a great host and was so friendly, contacting us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were okay during hurricane Ian. Even though we stayed during the hurricane, it was a fun stay. It rained the entire time, the weather was pretty bad, but we went crabbing off of the dock in the back several days and caught about seven crabs! We enjoyed grilling on the grilling station near the condo and we watched a bunch of movies. Annie recommended Bill's Prime Steak and Seafood, which we visited for our anniversary dinner, and it was a really good restaurant. You should get reservations if you go, and they close early (around 8pm), plus they are not open every day during off-season. The condo is beautiful and I really enjoyed the large soaking tub in the master bedroom. It has everything we needed for a really fun stay. FYI, even though there is a fireplace pictured in the living room photos, it is not meant to be used by guests. Neighbors and staff around the condo were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice stay!

Beautiful large condo right on the waters edge, walking distance to restaurants and shops - perfect location all together ! Our hostess was easily accessible and provided tons of in for outbstay. We would love to return ;)

We have vacationed in Chincoteague since 2002 and fell in love with this island. It’s just a friendly, beautiful, relaxing place to vacation. It's perfect for families who want to get away from their busy schedules. The Assateague Seashore beaches are beautiful. The Chincoteague Ponies and other wildlife are amazing. The Historic Main Street shopping area is very close to Sunset Bay which also has the best sunset views. Coming for the annual Pony Swim is something everyone should do at least once. We came to the 2009 Pony Swim and ended up buying this condo, so we could keep coming back. We bought Unit 213 (VRBO #555954) in 2012 since we love Chincoteague and Sunset Bay.
