Disfrute de esta casa frente al mar Lake Roesiger. Construido en 1968 y totalmente reformado con 3 dormitorios / 1 baño, ideal para la familia o grupo de amigos. Se trata de un esquí acuático y jet lago de esquí y tiene un muelle grande con espacio para todas sus actividades en la línea de costa. Nadar en el lago y entrar en calor en el jacuzzi después. La casa cuenta con un plan de piso abierto, con una cocina completa, puertas francesas a una gran terraza elevada y una barbacoa de gas. Una cama plegable en el dormitorio principal, de tamaño completo y doble en la habitación del segundo piso y la reina en el segundo dormitorio de la planta principal. Espacio adicional para dormir en el loft espacioso. La casa también cuenta con un reproductor de DVD y un televisor de pantalla grande en la planta principal. Este es uno de los pocos alquileres en Lake Roesiger, un lugar verdaderamente hermoso lago de montaña.

Las mascotas son bienvenidas, pero requerirá un depósito separado y tarifa por mascota.

Amazing location, the house was very cozy with a slight smell of an older house by the lake. Well equipped with all essentials as well as paddle boat and boards. Bring your own life vests and swim noodles as the property did not have any.

My family enjoyed another week & another year of quality time together at this Lake Roesiger Waterfront Home with Dock laughing & playing in the water and various yard, board, and card games. Easy check-in, well-stocked kitchen including pots, pans, platters, blender, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and various spices. Every time we return, there is a new improvement--this time it was a new stair railing for the stairs that lead down to the house & a sun shade for part of the dock. We look forward to returning again next year. :-)

Wonderful Lakeside Home

Check-in and out were easy. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The home was comfy and clean. Stocked with essentials. The dock and lake perfect for our leisurely stay. Close to a couple of lake stores with fun activities. We were a group of six adults. We would happily stay again and hope to.

Beautiful lake front property with all of the amenities to ensure a quality and fun filled time!

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. From swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing- to simply relaxing in the hot tub and deck, memories were created and our spirits were renewed. The fire pit and grill were nice additions too. My family and I hope to return next Spring or Summer. The house was cozy and had enough space to accommodate us all. We did not want to leave!

Enjoyed our lake house stay

Stayed here two nights for a wedding at Pretty Bird. Clean, nicely furnished, beautiful view. Loved the hot tub as it was cold and raint. Be such a fun place in warm weather but a nice stay regardless of weather.

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – everyone slept great. We truly didn't need a thing; the rental was very well-equipped. The Cedar Hot Tub was wonderful! (Apologies to the neighbors for the impromptu hot tub fashion show – turns out boxer briefs can double as swimwear in a pinch!)Pro Tip: The cutting boards are located next to the microwave!We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Stay

Overall this was a nice place to stay for the weekend. The bed was terribly uncomfortable for us. It’s a spring style mattress with zero cushion which made for uncomfortable sleeping, each person is different so I understand if it’s not an issue for most. I believe all the beds have similar mattresses so it wouldn’t have mattered where we slept. It was a beautiful weekend and if you’re coming to spend time on the water, be sure to bring your own life vests, we hadn’t planned on going out on the water, bringing life vests isn’t mentioned in the listing but in the welcome binder in the house. Check in process was super easy. We didn’t use the hot tub. It was quiet and nice to hear all the birds. If you need directions anywhere, make sure to download them before you leave the house, signal is almost non existent and it was something I didn’t think about when exploring the area, only happened to me once. Really nice place for a short stay and we were so lucky to have nice weather.

We were very lucky to get a quiet, sunny and warm 4 day stay in a well appointed house. All the stairs might be too much for a 93 year old less vigorous than my mom.

Left our garage door opener

Hard to imagine but we left our garage door opener on the counter. Our daughter and family live on the lake. Can we arrange for the cleaning people to say put it on the space between the screen door and the door. Then she can easily swing by to pick it up?

Great vacation home

Everything we needed was there. Clean house and lots of room. Really enjoyed our stay. The Wing ding cookies were amazing, you must request a delivery. Menu is on the frig.

Family at lake house

View is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Furniture, decor, cookware all a bit dingy but fine. Did not feel super clean- but I think that was more due to old, cluttered space and stuff and not actual lack of cleanliness. Kids were a bit bored. Host did not provide children’s life jackets which meant if the kind neighbor hadn’t lended us life jackets, kids could not have gone on the one lake toy (paddle boards) provided.

Very nice property and not overpriced. Amazing views, an excellent little hot tub that was comfortable for 4 adults, and a quiet setting nestled in the woods on a lake.

Dirty hot tub

Those who used the hot tub got a rash from dirty hot tub water. Gross! Should be grateful we only got to use the hot tub once with good heat. Other times it was not hot so didn't dwell.

Our stay was wonderful. - House was clean & matches the photos in the listing. - The owner was quick to respond. - Lake was clean & calm. - Neighbors & other boaters were super friendly.
