Enjoy your beautifully renovated lakefront hacienda with lake views from almost every room. The home is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is just 4 minutes from downtown Chandler, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the house for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. Take advantage of garage parking, 1GB fiber Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels, a full-size washer and dryer, and a well-equipped full kitchen. There is a guest suite on this property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance. The only shared space with the guest suite is a patio on the west side of the home and the driveway. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

We stayed for 12 nights. Very clean, nice home. Extra blankets, pillows. Adequate kitchen utensils. Nice outdoor sitting.Modern decorating inside that added to the warmth of the place. Highly recommended for a stay in Arizona.

The host was welcoming and responded to issues quickly.There were minimal instructions on how to operate the key pad on the door. Not all keypads are the same. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean.Some things need to be attended to. We weren't left the correct key for the Community Center, nor any map indicating its location. We eventually found it, but had no access to gym or hot tub. The issue could not be remedied until the day we checked out. The property met our needs and the location was nice.

Fun stay with grandsons.

We came into town grabbed our grandsons snd surprised them with a get away. They loved the boat, played with the sports equipment. We enjoyed the pool and area.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay here. Is seemed to be well keept. The only issues we had was my husband reached to ask out the paddle boatbut never gotan answer and the tub on the lower level didn't drain the last day. But that all can be taken care of.

Arizona Get Away

Lots of room, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great back yard on the water. Close to all amenities and major roads. Pool and hot tub located several blocks from the house. Perfect for our needs.

Great location and neighborhood

We had about 14 days at this home. Location is great to Gilbert for downtown area and pickleball. Which we played in Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler. The bike trail on the canal was great. Positive experience for us both with location and working with the owner and management team. Would stay here again!

What a sweet home

This house on the lake was perfect for our needs...close to family, clean, responsive & helpful team. However the house needs to be more childproof ie: covers for outlets & gate on all fences leading to lake. Paddleboat was barely usable but needs some work since that was a selling point on the house. Thanks to the Team for making our stay nice

Awesome house in Chandler

My oldest (nearly 17) was like can we get a hotel with two rooms - well that's dang near impossible so I went looking and I'm SO glad that I found this house for us! Super cute house, easy access, great communication with the owners. House was spotless and had everything we needed for a quick 3day/2night stay. Views are amazing and listening to the ducks was so fun. We didn't end up using the paddleboat...but could have! Would stay here again!!

Mother’s Day Gift

I spend the weekend in the city with my daughters for the Mother’s Day weekend. I couldn’t check in at 3:00 as instructed. They were still cleaning. I waited in my car for 20-25 minutes, they were still there, so I went to the store, came back 4:10 and I got it. The garbage outside is right by the front door, it was overflowing and smelled horrible. Their was garbage in the garage that smelled terrible as well. Positive side of my stay; the house accommodated our family perfectly. The boat was the highlight of our stay. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great once we figured out check-in

I notified team that I was on a tight timeframe for check in due to evening plans, asked if I could check in an hour early, told if possible it would be $25, already paying significant fees so declined. Then I did not receive check-in information. No number given to call so had to wait for electronic message which delayed check-in. They said my renters agreement wasn't signed, I never received one. Had to wait for that to be sent/processed. Why didn't they notice this/notify me earlier? House is beautiful and clean with basic supplies. Access to the paddle boat was a plus but it was dirty and I had to clean. Nice pool and hot tub within walking distance. I texted the phone number in the welcome packet where they requested feedback and never heard back. Not a 5 star experience, but it all worked out and we were happy with the accommodations.

Not as advertised

First off, the we rented the house for the pool, hottub and boat only to be notified two days prior that none of those amenities would be available. When we checked in late the first day we noticed a bad smell in the house and wasn't sure if it was mold, smoke or other. The furniture smelled as well. The next day and we started looking throughout the house, it had not been cleaned. Food under furniture, food on the patio. Then when we went to use the bathroom, the shower was disgusting and had mold on the shower curtain and places on ceiling. Went to use the bed and the bedding had not been changed. Wrinkled sheets and hair in the bed, removed the sheets to wash only to find a completely soiled mattress pad with urine, blood and body oils. We called the manager repeatedly and was provided little help. They did send someone with partial clean bedding and another shower curtain. We took many photos and communicated over email, phone and text. After two nights, we requested a refund for the remaining nights and was denied. We contacted VRBO only to find out they don't care at all about the renter and completely protect the homeowner. Overall it was a horrible experience and we would not recommend this property or other properties owner by this company.

Not the best

I would not recommend this place for the following reasons: - It smells like someone had animals or was a smoker and tried to cover it up with plug-ins. - It was more rundown than the pictures depicted. - There were nats. - The master shower leaks, pouring water everywhere. - The washing machine was filthy. - One of the bedspreads looked like someone threw their luggage on it leaving dirt marks and it was not cleaned. - People can see in through the blinds, and not all function properly, and one room they are too small for the window. - IT WAS NOT DISCLOSED THAT THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR DOES NOT LATCH OR LOCK. THE ONLY THING KEEPING IT SHUT IS A STICK! - While they provide many towels, only one was big enough to wrap around my body. - I had to stay at a hotel the first night because when I arrived the heat was on and set to 89 degrees F, in June. It was too hot and as a two story in AZ it takes awhile to cool down. - The iron they provide had what appears to be candy melted to it. - I did not feel safe there. This is an investors property and they either never visit, or have not spent much time making the house decent.

The photos were impressive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with2 garbage carts overflowing the garbage. The house is simply decorated, which is fine. The ice maker didnt work. Maintenance had a service call to repair. Still didn't work. No kitchen towels, Maintenance brought some and a bag of ice and ice trays. No electricity in the living room, maintenance brought a lamp. In the 3 closets there were 6 hangers. In main bedroom, no dresser to place clothes. Other 2 bedrooms had 2 little storage cabinets where sock and underwear would fit and perhaps a 3 times folded shirt. Patio lights needed to be replaced. Maintenance did replace and fixed the sliding patio door which was difficult to open. The patio is an accident waiting to happen. Tiles broken, pony wall falling apart, patio roof paint pealing with cob webs . All the times I had to contact maintenance should have never happened. Why wasnt this rental checked before we arrived? Does VRBO have standards where potential clients would feel comfortable in acquiring a functional place? We were very very disappointed with this rental and with VRBO. Seems after approaching VRBO with our concerns they elected to state that our concerns were addressed. They should have been addrssed prior to anyone renting this place. T

Dear James and Catherine, I do understand your frustration with the issues that arose during your stay. We always strive to provide all of our guests a stress-free and comfortable stay. While we understand that your assessment is less than a 5-star experience, we did our very best to respond quickly with 5-star solutions to the unforeseen issues. The unforeseen issue with the living room lights being over 15 feet high on the vaulted ceilings needed to be addressed after your departure since the repair would have further disrupted your stay in order to keep everyone safe during the repair. We felt that floor lamps was the best short term solution for lighting. I am very sorry that we were unable to satisfy all of your concerns.
