Welcome to Boutiq's Hilltop Hideaway, located on the stunning Brian Head Peak, home to world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as amazing hiking and biking trails. This picturesque condo is located just across from the Giant Steps and Brian Head resort and has all the amenities you may need for a fun and relaxing mountain getaway after a day of skiing and snowboarding. The home is also close to the Cedar Breaks National Monument and Zion National Park. "The Greatest Snow on Earth" awaits!
PARKING: The property comes with seasonal garage access. Please note these garages are a bit shallow and are better suited for standard size vehicles as the garage doors must remain closed at all times other than loading/unloading. During the winter, if the garages are covered up with snow, we unfortunately cannot guarantee access at the HOA manages all plowing. Parking in other spots in the complex may be cause for towing or fines. If you need more space, please see the map with the public parking options.

In order to get to the property in the winter, snow chains are required and 4WD or AWD are highly recommended.

The property is located in the Brian Head Lofts complex, right across from the Giant Steps and Brian Head Resort. Brian Head Mountain views do not disappoint in the summer or the winter, and endless activities are accessible within a short drive or hike. Whether you want to fly down the peaks of Brian Head mountain in the winter or explore Zion National Park in the summer, any guest will enjoy their time in this magical place.
Guests will be given codes to the garages and to the unit itself. Everything will be accessed via smart lock. This unit is on the top floor of the building, and stairs are required to access the unit.
This two-story condo is the perfect place for families and groups of friends who want to be right by the ski slopes. Upon entering the unit, to the immediate left are the stairs to the second story. Continuing straight through, the guests will notice a well stocked kitchen on the left, attached to the dining room and living room that has large windows that have a direct view of the mountain. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. The first bedroom is located to the right through the dining area, and has a king bed in it. The attached bathroom has a sauna and a shower/tub combo. The downstairs patio has a grill. Going upstairs, guests will find a large open loft area featuring a shuffleboard table and wet bar. Continuing through the loft, the upstairs patio has the hot tub on it, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The upstairs loft also has a fold down couch. Through the door upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed. The attached bathroom has a walk in closet and a shower/tub combo. Note: As is typical with homes and condos in this area, the unit does not have air conditioning but only heat.

-Only a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts directly across the street
-Private hot tub, with a view of the mountains
-Private, indoor sauna for those post-skiing aches and pains
-2 dedicated, single-car garages (access can be dependent on snow levels, but alternative public parking is also located nearby)
-Boot warmer to keep your toes toasty
-Luxury amenities including:
-High-end soaps provided in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap)
-Deluxe and comfortable Milton Mattresses
-High-end linens (towels, sheets, duvets, duvet covers) from Standard Textile
-Baby and young child equipment provided for free, including:

-Children's books
-Children's dishware
-Shuffleboard game table
-Smart TVs throughout the house

Rental or personal vehicles are strongly recommended in this area as there is no Uber or Lyft. Most of the town is walking distance, but there is plenty of parking wherever you may need to go.

Take time out from cleaning your home to clean the vacation rental
We arrived to a dirty condo. No bedding not a clean towel. Dirty tissues on the bed, urine on the toilet seats, pubic hair in the tubs. Counters were sticky in kitchen, toothpaste and makeup on bathroom counters, floors had sticky spill spots. He spent 3 hours cleaning the place and doing laundry just so we could sleep in clean bedding. They said they had another unit right next door that we might be able to move over to, basically across the hall, but I guess the manager said we couldn’t because that stopped offering it. So at 7:30 at night we got to work and cleaned the unit so we could use it. But hey they were kind enough to offer refunding the cleaning fee, but I have not seen the refund yet, so likely not getting it. All in all I would stay away from condos overseen by “boutique” management, unless you miss cleaning on your vacation and like terrible customer service.

A+ Unit and Management
Great location! Unit is in a condo complex directly across from Giant Steps. You can get to Navajo and other activities via the free town shuttle. The unit came with washer and dryer, which came in handy for all the ski days. Management was very responsive with thorough communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean
Property was very clean and the listing is an accurate representation of the condo. Communication from property manager was great and the check in and check out process is very easy.

Great condo!
This is definitely one of the better condos. Great beds, real nice bathrooms equipped with all soaps, and the kitchen had all new nice utensils. Everything was new and clean. Hot tub and sauna were definitely a plus. If it snows a lot you may have difficulty getting out of garage/driveway.
