2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story Townhome conveniently located between Downtown Tampa and Hyde Park Village. Just two blocks off Bayshore Boulevard to enjoy miles of sidewalks along the Hillsborough Bay. Amalie Arena, University of Tampa, the Tampa Riverwalk and Channelside are also nearby for shops, restaurants, activities plus entertainment galore. Or if you want to lay low, the kitchen is fully stocked & the hot tub is clean and ready!

This is our 3rd year of taking many trips to Tampa to visit our daughter at college and this was the best place we’ve stayed yet. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was very close to UT and lots of restaurants & shops. The location was great. The place itself was beautifully decorated and very clean and also equipped with everything you could possibly want. The back patio and hot tub area was our favorite spot where we spent most of our time. We would love to stay there again & again.

Fun few days in Tampa

This place is in an amazing location. We walked pretty much everywhere. House is well equipped, and we loved the very well-maintained hot tub. Owners are very responsive. Would stay again.

Great accommodations and location

Property was spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Nice outside space. Location was perfect, walkable to Hyde Park Village, Bayshore Drive, Downtown and a Publix and Walgreens. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely lovely.

Perfect location

We used both bedrooms for family to stay in during Gasparilla and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Nice condo and just a quick walk to the bay or Hyde Park Village or even downtown! Matt and Amy were very welcoming!

Wonderful house!

Had an enjoyable 6 night stay at Matt and Amy’s place in Hyde Park. Hosts were very responsive. Their house is clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed as accurately reflected in the description. Best of all, it is a 3 to 5 minutes drive to several good breakfasts place as well as fine dining restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfection in Tampa!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this beautiful property in Tampa. We stayed for a week as we moved our daughter into the University of Tampa, just a few blocks away. The location was not only perfect for our many trips to UT, but it is virtually close to EVERYTHING! I wish we had more time to explore the city, but the best of the best is right in the backyard of this property (Hyde Park is a great hangout spot! Bayshore Boulevard is steps away! Downtown is right next door!) The communication from the hosts was wonderful, the home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and we had everything we could have needed. Thank you for a wonderful week - it really made an emotional (but fun!) time one that was full of great memories. We will be back!

Lovely Home and great location!

This was a lovely home, great location-many nice touches that make it a 5 star VRBO ! Amy and Matt were terrific hosts and great communicators. We had no issues and we appreciated the little extras that they provide as hosts that make it a special place! The back patio is very nice and the hot tub was wonderful! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Home with Fabulous Location in Hyde Park by Hospiital

From the moment you walk in, you know you made the right choice. This place is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated with all the latest fashions and amenities. Matt and Amy were wonderful hosts and the communication was great which made the check in and out process seamless. The home has a private two car garage for safe off street parking, which was important for my wife coming back from the hospital each night. This home is almost in new condition. Baths have all new fixtures, kitchen updated with awesome counter tops, and appliances. The house was super clean, kitchen perfectly appointed, beds very comfortable, baths with plenty of towels etc. The drive from Tampa General parking garage to this home is three minutes. I wished we stayed a few more days prior to my surgery as we found the location of this home in Hyde Park is walkable to many shops and some of the finest restaurants in Tampa. If you’re looking to stay in the area as you have someone at Tampa General, this is the place to stay. If you want to spend a nice long weekend in downtown Tampa, this is the place to stay. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Amy, my wife loved those blueberry and raspberry fig bars. As soon as we got home, she went out and bought some. You guys are awesome! Best, C & L

Great location for UT grad and Hyde Park

We were in Tampa for a celebration graduation for our son, who completed 4 years at UT. This rental, with 2.5 baths was perfect for our stay and family. The outside patio was a bonus for late nite family gatherings. Cleanliness was exactly what I was looking for and the unit was stocked much better than we could have asked for. The area is quiet and felt safe. We cannot wait to stay there next time and visit him again. Amy and Matt were the perfect hosts along with their daughter Olivia!

Matt and Amy were amazing hosts! They were so responsive to any questions we had. There house is in an amazing location, we walked to Hyde Park Village everyday. The house was perfect for us especially with two 9 month babies. I highly recommend staying at their place, we definitely will be staying there again!
