Even better than expected

So glad we chose this apartment over a hotel or other accommodation. The unit was bright, open, roomy and had everything we could possibly need (plus extras in case we forgot anything at home - thanks Beth). Being on 3.5 miles from Dreams Park also made this very convenient for getting to games and meeting up with our family. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay!

Love staying at Apple Tree! It was a cozy place with great space. Nicely equipped and a fantastic location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown! Property manager was easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Better than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, nice spacious bathroom, and accomodated me, my wife and daughter.

Great location for Cooperstown

We loved our stay at Apple Tree. Has everything you need for a great stay at Cooperstown. 5 min from park. Host were extremely accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great location

Perfect for family of 4. Distance to dreams park is ideal. No traffic what so ever. Everything was clean and communication from the owners was great. Would stay there again.

Baseball trip

Our stay was amazing. We were in town for my son to play baseball. Loved the property and the history of the building was cool too.

Great stay

We had a great stay and the Apple tree The owners of the house were awesome!! always available if I needed to ask a question. Absolutely spotless clean! It was perfect for me. I felt safe and I enjoyed staying there. The owners leave the cutest things for the baseball kids if you are going to Cooperstown for the tournaments. one of my favorite things about staying there is she fills the medicine cabinet with all the little gadgets of things, you would not expect that you would need I ended up using almost all of them. 😆 I also have to mention there is an absolute delicious deli called Jackie’s deli. I ate there every day for breakfast and lunch. SO delicious I ate there every day for breakfast and lunch. It’s a must go to!!!! They are the sweetest people that work there and their food is always fresh and delicious. I wish we had a Jackie‘s near me.

Perfect Cooperstown Location

Great location with easy access to all the things to do in Cooperstown. Apartment was very clean. It has all the items that you need. Quiet area. Owners met us and were very helpful and had some nice touches to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying at Apple Tree if you want easy access to Dream Parks and only 15 minutes from Cooperstown.

Wonderful stay and very welcoming.

The communication was excellent and they made me feel welcomed prior to my arrival. I loved the little goodies they left as a welcome packages. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend Apple tree to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again Heather

Enjoyable, easy access to ball parks, quiet and comfortable.

A nice place that was exactly what we wanted. Relative quiet location. Access to food, restaurant across the street. Easy access to Dreamparks, 3 miles away. Cooperstown about 15 minutes. Units were in nice condition. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Kitchen was perfect, as we ate in the location most nights. For our needs, this is a great way to spend time in Cooperstown area. Definitely recommend Apple Tree.
