When entering the home you will be welcomed by two king size bedrooms with private en-suites. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's. You will encounter a cozy bedroom with classic furnishings; and a King size bed. The downstairs offers a great seating area with a comfy sofa. You will also be able to enjoy meals from home in the phenomenal kitchen. There you will experience the high end appliances; granite counter tops; stunning cabinetry and the incredible breakfast bar. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that wonderful meal! The well-appointed dining room and fabulous kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. Enjoy the relaxing living room on the sleeper sofa with amazing gulf views from the entire third floor. What a perfect end to a perfect day!

There are two primary bedrooms located on the second floor with a king size bed and massive en suite bath. The kids bedrooms offer two twin over twin size bunk beds with a queen size bed with a shared bathroom.

This house has ample indoor and outdoor space. The two balconies have incredible views to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunrise. The incredible Turtle Paradise home is simply stunning and gives you the serenity you have been craving. The gulf views from the third floor balcony are amazing.

Wonderful property! Photos are spot on - what you see is what you get and it was beautiful. We had the best time. Logistically, the stay was amazingly organized and communication was great. Everyone felt at home here and we didn’t lack for anything. We had family from Corpus over for a meal and that huge table was perfect for us to gather together. We will choose this place again next time!

The house was better than the pictures, great view!!! Nice porch to enjoy the view. I liked the layout where every room had a bathroom. I will be staying here again.

Wonderful family trip

What a wonderful property just steps to the beach. We did have to contact the management company upon arrival for something but their swift response and quick turnaround made the rest of our stay perfect! Would definitely rent again!

Beach Friends Fun

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Paradise. There were 10 of us - long time school friends. The house was perfect for us. Only two recommendations - replace the mattress on the full size bed in the bunk room, and have maintenance check the elevator (it stopped between floors with one of my friends in it, and it tended to get stuck on the third floor). I also stayed at this home in July with my family, and we also enjoyed it. We'll be back!

Always loved!

This is the second year our group has stayed here and we love it every time!! Plenty of room and privacy for everyone! This time was a little different, but nothing to super complain about- we had some ants going from living room to dining table, there were no trash bags and they might be doing some landscaping so there were some staples sticking up on the outside by the vehicles. It's an amazing place overall!! ❤️

Love Turtle Paradise!

Great size and layout for our family vacation! The kiddos love the bunk room. And nice to have king size beds in all the other bedrooms for the adults. Everything was great, but I do want you to know that most of the refrigerator trays in the door are missing. Makes it difficult to fit everything in the refrigerator. And you might want to think about replacing the door hardware to the 3rd level patio - very rusted/worn. And Pam at your office was great at helping us with a few minor things that came up!

Family get together

Fantastic home for a multigenerational family. Elevator was perfect for elderly parents and plenty of discs with bunk beds for kids. Easy walk to the beach as well.check in and out process was seamless. Great home!

Lay out of house was great. The third floor family area and kitchen stole the show. The views of the water were amazing. We will be staying here next year.

Accidental Early Memorial Day Weekend Family Trip

We accidentally booked this property for the wrong weekend but ended up being able to make it work anyways. We had no trouble arriving or getting access to the golf cart. The house is in a great location and the golf cart made beach trips a breeze! I did feel that given the price of this house, it could have been cleaner. We found multiple hairs around the property, dusty windowsils with finger printed windows, soiled bath mats...nothing major, just enough to be noticeable. We also had a small issue gaining access to the elevator. My grandmother joined us for this trip and she is handicapped hence why we chose this house. Upon arrival, the elevator access doors were all locked and we had to call 24 hour maintenance to gain access. We also found out there was a deposit required to use the elevator. This would have been completely fine but we had called 3-4 times and sent a message through VRBO to ensure the elevator would be ready to go since it was pinnacle to this trip. There were plenty of wonderful things about this property as well! The size and layout were wonderful! We especially loved the upper level with the huge kitchen and living area. We were pleasantly surprised with the great view of the gulf from the top floor balcony. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I just know better questions to ask to prevent the elevator situation from reoccurring. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

Labor Day Weekend

Overall good with plenty of space. A little short of trash bags, paper towels, the gentlemen in our group fixed the clock that was stuck on 5:25, cleaned out the BBQ grille that someone else left clogged up and called for service on the refrigerator freezer, were told to give it 8 hours to freeze, but time was not what it needed, they took a look and the seal had come off, so they fixed that. Downstairs mini fridge was out as well.

Great house

We booked this house last minute due to Covid. We love the set up of four king bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus the kids bunk area and their own bathroom. The the kitchen had nice cookware. The only downside I saw were there was no spice rack as in most homes of this level-no salt or pepper, paper products got us through 2 days and we were a little limited on hand towels. Bring those things and you will have a wonderful time!

Great Family Home

We had all ages staying at the home and it worked for everyone. The view was beautiful and it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and it was nice to have the elevator to help get items to/from the kitchen on the third floor. The property does not have a pool on it rather it is one house over. The satellite photo of the house on the listing is not correct and does not have a private pool. The house is actually even closer to the beach than shown. Just make sure you check all of the doors and ensure there's nothing wrong. You will always have to call the emergency/after-hours number if you expect to get any help. No one answers the main number. Also, check the gas in the golf cart before you use it because the fuel gauge is broken and it was empty when we got there. It's a great use to help get things to/from the beach. The drive takes just as long as the walk. Overall, it's a nice home and can accommodate quite a few people. Just make sure to bring a few extra towels so you don't have to wash them!

Fantastic property!

Walking distance to the beach, everything was clean and in order when we arrived. We had 14 in our group, including seniors, little kids and 5 teenagers. There was room for everybody to do their own thing when they wanted. There was also enough room to have meals together or play games together. The golf cart was a very nice touch, too. We loved every minute of our time here!

Our Happy Place

Twelve of us slept comfortably in this beautiful house. Enjoyed the view from the deck, convenience to beach and pool. The kitchen is much better supplied than other homes we have rented. Would definitely stay here again.

Fell short of expectations of a premier partner

This house had such potential but fell short. I’ve got to say, I never have written a bad review ( never had a bad experience before) but I couldn’t let this experience pass. We stayed last weekend at another rental in Port Aransas that I gave a glowing review too. But, When arriving to this house we couldn’t get in. Their computer wouldn’t update the code. Took 30+ minutes of sitting around. We were excited about the free golf cart that came with the house. The picture showed a brand new beautiful cart. What was in our driveway was an old, rusted, leather worn and ripped cart that ran like an old jalopy. It was rented. It was embarrassing. On the second day it broke down and stranded us. We had a nice 3/4 mile walk home. This was suppose to be a premier partner. The price was high. The clock in the kitchen read 6pm the whole trip. The clocks in the bedroom didn’t work either. There were 2 coffee pots but not one carafe to actually HOLD the coffee. Really? The description talked about the beautiful view of the ocean but the windows of the living floor were so dirty you couldn’t even see out them. I rinsed them myself. The second day we turned on the TV. Apparently the last renter turned the volume on the sound bar so loud none of the remotes would reduce the volume. We called the office for service. She said she would send someone “right away”. That person can 24 hours later. Disappointed. We also were disappointed to find they didn’t have basic cable TV. We wanted to see local weather etc. it had streaming zillions of movies etc but no basic cable. No live news! Make no mistake this is a rental property, not someone’s cozy home Or golf cart they share.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 couples and a total of 5 kids staying at Turtle Paradise. The description was confusing so here is what you get: Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There is also a kitchenette and a little living area with a couch that opens into a queen size bed. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and en suite bathrooms, along with a bunk room with an en suite bathroom. The 3rd floor has a huge kitchen and living area with a half bath. There is a nice balcony on the 2nd & 3rd floors, but the railing seems very flimsy so don't lean against it. There is a golf cart included, but you have to get the keys from the office so make sure you read the check in information when you get it. I loved everything about the house except that they only provide 3 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel per king size bedroom. Since 2 people sleep in a king size bed I would have preferred 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. Also, bring your own towels for the kitchen along with trash bags, extra toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We will definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great birthday weekend with friends and family. House was in good location to the beach. Had a few issues, kitchen sink leaked, lights in elevator were not working, but maintenance responded and fixed next morning. Could have used more wash cloths in bathrooms and there were not any kitchen towels provided. Golf cart gas pedal keep sticking - possible safety issue, but golf cart rental place did not seem concerned. House was very nice and provided enough room for everyone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice, large house with plenty of space for a large group to gather and also for folks to find a little privacy. The location is good, close to the beach and also near town. We had trouble getting access to the house through the key pad and it took a while to sort out, which was annoying after a stressful and long drive. The rental company responded fairly quickly, but it took a few calls and a visit from maintenance. The A/C wasn’t cooling on 2 floors which was again annoying. The repair required a few visits and we had a repair guy in the house late into the evening. he was very nice and professional, but still an inconvenience. The kitchen is not well designed for those who like to cook or in the event you have more than 1 person cooking, and the kitchen supplies are skimpy. The lack of all but a tiny amount of dish soap, hand towels, general necessities also seems cheap given the expensive rental fee paid. We’ve stayed in many nice homes in Port A and elsewhere and this was the most minimally supplied home we’ve seen. It would be nice if owners made a hose available for cleaning off items taken to the beach. In general, this house has the feel of one which is owned purely for investment purposes. We love Port A and come every year, but probably would not stay here again.
