Kayak, float, swim, fish, walk to the sandflats all from the private landing or just relax on the patio and enjoy the sights, sounds, boats, and wildlife of Clinton Harbor. 2 neighborhood beaches are just a short stroll away or take a 10-minute nature walk along the water to Clinton Town beach. House has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage and one full bath. The designer, gourmet kitchen is open to a large living room with AMAZING views. Generous outdoor seating options and (log) firepit for your enjoyment.

The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of books and board games for entertainment. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with many plates, serving dishes, and even variety of seasonings—which many VRBO properties don’t provide. I especially loved serving dinner using the fish-shaped serving plates and bowls!We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for renting your property to us.

My goal for this stay was rest and relaxation and Kim’s place delivered. Easy check-in. Prompt communication; everything was as advertised. The waterfront deck was the best with its view, comfortable deck chairs in both the sun and shade, sunsets, and peaceful nature. Would stay again.

Awesome waterfront location - The view from the main living area is picture perfect! The home is beautiful, the custom kitchen has it all from high end appliances to cooking spices... all with amazing views of Clinton Harbor. The Landing's host Kim was very responsive and we will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Gracious host Kim helped us by phone upon arrival and responded promptly to our few messages at the beginning and end of our stay. Beautifully appointed main room and elegant kitchen, generously and thoughtfully stocked with basics for meal prep, ready beach gear, including a fun drawer of paperbacks, and even a ping pong table in the converted garage, all made for a comfortable, happy time. The king was comfortable, with quality bedding. The bathroom was adequate, with a stand up shower, but the sink lacked a stopper to the drain. (An easy fix that I’m sure has already been remedied). That there is only one bathroom in the main house, shared by two bedrooms, might be an issue for two couples, but as it was just the two of us, we were fine. A great spot, right on the water, we enjoyed the well furnished patio most of all. 4.5 stars.

The perfect spot for a wonderful getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful ocean front property. The home was spotless and very well-maintained. The views were incredible, and we loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and watching the stunning sunsets each evening. Our host Kim, was incredibly responsive and we would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or just looking for a relaxing getaway at a gorgeous place and an outstanding location.

Wonderful Getaway

Clean, beautiful house with an amazing view of the water, just as pictured. Nice sitting areas out on the deck and patio to read and relax, and a grill to cook and enjoy dinner by the water. Easy short walk to the beach, and short drives to some nice state parks. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back again sometime!

Excellent getaway

We loved our stay at Kim’s beautiful home! Great cook’s kitchen, really comfy living room with gas fireplace and dining area with amazing views. The sunsets did not disappoint! The house was a perfect location for our activities of birding at the state beach park and golfing at Fenwick. Plenty of seafood restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you Kim for a great stay!

WE LOVE Kim's Landing.Despite a few minor issues, it's always been a pleasure.It's BEAUTIFULLY curated, down to the dishes, decor and towels, etc. Absolutely stunning views. Very kind and receptive property owners and quick responses to questions/problems. Clean and lovely.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the perfect family getaway this weekend! The home is beautiful, situated right on the water with amazing views of the sound. A perfect getaway!

This is our third stay at this beautiful home. The house is immaculate and had all the conveniences necessary for an enjoyable trip. The sunsets from this location are spectacular, and not to be missed! This has been a perfect relaxing getaway and I would highly recommend this rental. Kim, the homeowner, is always responsive & a pleasure to work with, when we had questions. We will definitely be back to rent again.

Wonderful Getaway

The house is as advertised....clean and neat, with everything you will need for a brief or lengthier stay. The views are beautiful and across the bay is Meigs's Point, a wonderful place to hike at Hammonasset Beach. I would recommend this home to anyone, especially if the ocean and beautiful views are what you love.
