Casa de 4 dormitorios con dos baños y una ducha al aire libre en un amplio lote. ¡La casa está rodeada de arbustos de arándanos que suministrarán bayas para el desayuno muchas mañanas de verano en julio y agosto! Camina a la playa justo bajando la acera! La playa es privada con rocas para cangrejos y buceo. Autónomo en una cala. House incluye un comedor y un porche proyectado para jugar y leer. El gran patio ofrece juegos de sala que incluyen cornhole, croquet, frisbee, etc.
La casa incluye una lavadora y secadora, dos televisores, televisión por cable e internet. La casa está ubicada cerca de excelentes restaurantes y excelentes tiendas. El Daly Beach House está a poca distancia en coche de Essex y Old Saybrook. Ambas ciudades históricas para visitar y disfrutar. La ciudad de Mystic está a solo 30 millas al este. Mystic es el hogar de Mystic Seaport y Mystic Aquarium. A 20 millas al oeste se encuentra la Universidad de Yale y la ciudad de New Haven. La famosa calle Wooster merece una visita en coche. We stayed there for a conference at Water's Edge. The house was very lovely and clean, equipped with everything that we needed. It has a bath tab which I really enjoyed. The owner was very supportive in communication. Thank you for letting us stay!

Yale Graduation

We all enjoyed the historic, clean, and perfectly located home. Though we stayed prior to the main summer season, the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach. Essex was fun to explore, and the Water’s Edge Resort was a convenient 0.5 mile away. It was nice to get away from New Haven in between all the graduation festivities to our little beach retreat!

Christmas 2024

Perfect location to spend the holidays with family and friends. Lots of room and a short walk to the beach, which you can see from the sunroom. Older home with neat history. House was clean with a nice size lot in a quiet neighborhood. Hostess was very accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Fabulous beach house!

Everything was perfect! Floating chairs in garage and wagon made it great for the beach! Love the cement walkway to beach. Property manager Fern promptly answered my questions and was very kind with my requests! Would love to stay here again!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of history and places to be explored. Beautiful, well kept, very clean, cozy and equipped home. We loved the place and hope to come back soon with the rest of the family specially during summer.

Fantastic find

Great spot, easy to get to. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Loved being in a house with a large yard instead of a cottage with a minuscule patch of grass. Lots of room and very clean. My husband is already considering it for next year!

Perfect getaway spot

Beautiful house walking distance from the Atlantic Ocean. Fern was a wonder host. House came with everything you need from kitchen supplies to linen and even board games and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the history that comes with the house.

Nice stay in Westbrook

Property was just as expected. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. It included beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. Very quite neighborhood. All homes well kept with lots of pretty flowers.

Wonderful Ct Beach Property

We recently stayed at this wonderful beach house. The house was clean and comfortable with updated bathrooms. The unexpected part was the setting. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with open backyards and a private walk to the beach area. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beach with the grandkids collecting treasures or playing and enjoying the backyard. We will gladly rent this house in the future.

Amazing Home By The Water

This was a great home by the water. Kitchen was fully stocked, a plethora of bed linens, towels, hand towels, and so much more. Checkin was easy as was checkout. Everything was as described. Lots of games! A short walk down to the beach was so nice. The house is in a very quiet and relaxing area. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Stay!

We were a family of 6 and throughly enjoyed staying in the house over the thanksgiving break. We had all the things we needed to have a great thanksgiving. We had no complaints but the host did charge us for damages that we didn’t have anything to do with. It is an older home and we didn’t want to be nit picky about cracked/ broken furniture.

Christmas in Westbrook

Thank you Fern! Your beautiful property enabled my family of 5 (4 adults and a 1 year old) to have a wonderful Christmas in a “home away from home”. The furnishings and decorating gave the home a warm cozy feel. Also very nice to have baby gates, high chair etc for my grandson. Everything worked perfectly for us!

The house at Sagamore Terrace Beach has been built and owned by one family. It was build in 1940 as a summer cottage and later winterized and upgraded to an all year round residence. The extended family continues to visit and use the house on a regular basis.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home and beach has been enjoyed by four generations. The beach community is unique in being a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect place to take a walk on well kept streets with views of Long Island. The beach is a two minute walk from the house down a private paved path.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The front of the house faces a large open green space. The walkway to the beach cuts down the middle. Therefore traffic is behind the house and provides a large safe area that is quiet and rural. There is very little traffic and therefore provides a great place for walking or running. All residential in nature and provides beautiful views of Long Island Sound to and from the beach and neighboring streets.
