Villa del Royal Palms has everything you need for a great family getaway! Great space for the kids with toys, kid-friendly kitchen, cribs, high chairs, strollers, etc. just bring yourselves. And kingsize beds in every bedroom for you!

Sparkling dive pool (NOT HEATED), perfect for summer fun, 3-way covered patio allows for retreat from the heat; great spot to just enjoy your morning coffee or tea as the pool reflects off the ceiling, pergola with solar lights provides some shade from the sun and is especially amazing in the evening. Do you want to stretch out on a lounge chair by the pool in a grassy area? You'll have 4 of them ready to relax on!
Designated work space is available so you can come on a work trip and bring the whole family, or maybe you want to spend a few weeks working from a home-away-from-home in Arizona, well this is it!

The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishwasher, silverware, serving dishes, pots & pans, baking pans/sheets, etc. you will also find kids' plates, cups, forks and spoons. Do you prefer Keurig or 12 cup automatic coffee maker? We have both for you.

You will find 4 KING beds (with option for 3 kings plus 2 twins) & SMART TVs galore (in every bedroom) as well as living/great room and TV room.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. CLOSE TO ASU, GOLF, park(s), shopping, restaurants, breweries, freeways, the works! There is parking in the driveway, as well as along the street.

Other things to note:
We always hear from our guests how much they appreciate and enjoy the kids' toys for their children, the kids' library is filled with shelves of books, the high chairs, cribs, and even a stroller. It makes it so much better to have these amenities for an enjoyable stay! In addition, the home’s layout has 2 bedrooms and bath on one side and 2 bedrooms and bath on the other side, living room and kitchen in the middle.
NO PETS/ANIMALS! No access to the garage; it is locked.
There are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property. NO cameras on the inside. These are only monitored if neighbors or law enforcement alerts us of unauthorized activity (pets, partiers, etc), or to confirm arrival/checkout.
The guideline book is on the desk or on the kitchen counter in which various things are explained.
