Original 1950's Homesteader Cabin - the Leeds Cabin is set on 5 acres, with empty 5 acre lots all around it. It is as private as a home with water and power gets out here. 100% pure desert silence, with views in every direction. Brand new heating/cooling mini split unit for perfect climatizing. The property is 5 acres, with unoccupied 5 acre parcels all around it. The cabin is fully fenced with a gate. The space is a studio: there is a living area with a large 4K smart TV, surprisingly solid WiFi that has worked great for everyone that has been working from home, full bathroom, a bedroom nook, and the kitchen has all you would need to cook (fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, spices, olive oil, coffee, tea). The cabin has a mini split unit for both heating and cooling. There is a spectacular deck for sitting outside and taking in the glorious views. The cowboy tub is bathtub sized and ready to be filled with fresh groundwater temperature water in the summer. There is a small camping like grill. New outdoor bed for comfortably taking in all of the stars.
