Welcome to the Cozy Cabin Inn, your peaceful hideaway nestled in the serene nature that surrounds Owen Sound and Georgian Bay. Unwind in the private hot tub or around the camp fire. 30 mins to Blue Mountain & Scandinave spa. WIFI.
Spacious 4-Bedroom rustic log cabin. Perfect for couples, friends or intimate gatherings.
Sleeps 6-10 guests: Additional guests may be accommodated if guests are family (i.e children, relatives, etc.) as per Township rules. Please message us first.
Outdoor hot tub Spacious backyard with hammock, patio and lounge seating Fire pit (Firewood not provided. Muskoka chairs available until Oct 31) BBQ Grill with propane Two 55” Smart TV w/ Disney+ HBO Max, Netflix. Log in using your account or simply plug in your Fire Stick Fully-equipped kitchen Three portable heaters for additional comfort if needed WIFI
Located 30 mins to Blue Mountain or 35 mins to Beaver Valley Ski Club, 10 mins drive to beach or simply stay, chalet and play.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 1. This is not a private secluded property. The neighbours are close. Guests MUST respect the neighbour property line at all times. 2. Noise bylaw in place and strictly enforced. Discretion for the neighbours is requested at all times. Quiet hours are from 11pm. Guests subject to removal. 3. Maximum 1 dog permitted. No undeclared pets. Pet fee shall apply. Dog MUST be leashed at all times (risk of coyotes) 4. Internet strength is not guaranteed. We are remote and internet is not like city standard. We encourage our guests to relax and unwind and enjoy the outdoors. After all, you are at the cottage! Please do not book if you do not feel comfortable with this. Thank you for understanding. 5. The cottage is on well water and septic. Sometimes discolouration may occur, this is normal when water is not used often. You simply need to run the taps for 5-10 mins until it clears. Absolutely no tampons (inserts or applicators) or large amounts of toilet paper to be flushed. Do not put food scraps, grease, or cooking oil down the drain. Please be conscious to conserve water. 6. As we are in the country, there is wildlife as to be expected, deer, raccoons, coyotes. Please do not leave food outside or overnight. 5. Camera located at all entrance doors and hot tub. 6. No undeclared guests as per strict Township By-Law (cameras on the exterior) 7. Firewood not provided. Outdoor Muskoka chairs available until Oct 31. 8. Please review Cancellation Policy before booking. Sorry, no refund for cancelled nights or decrease of guests. Please ensure everyone in your group are committed to your stay before booking. Thank you.
INSECTS: Due to it being a rural property there are more bugs outdoors than one would encounter in a city environment (sometimes worse at different points of the year)! We recommend bringing bug spray and comfy pants / longer sleeves for later evenings spent outdoors to ensure you are able to still enjoy your time to the fullest!
FURNITURE: Guests are expected to return the home in the exact same condition as it was given to you. Please DO NOT MOVE furniture, decor pieces, bar cart or other. PLEASE Return blankets and pillows where you found them. This creates extra cleaning time for our cleaner. Your cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. If property is left in excessively dirty or furniture/decor moved, extra cleaning fee will charged to guests to compensate our cleaning staff. Thank you for understanding.

This was a lovely place to stay. The host was responsive when I had an issue and quick to fix it. My only complaint was that the kitchen dishes could have been cleaner

Such a cute place! We have 3 kids and they each had their own space. Hot tub was a GREAT amenity! The welcome booklet was a good idea, but seemed a little outdated.

My name is Raghad, and I work for an insurance relocation company named MyKey Global Accommodations.
Cristina has been an outstanding supplier for me. My experience with customer service has never been this good. Cristina went above and beyond to assist my client as they did not have much remaining funds, and she was kind and generous enough to lower the rate for us. In addition to booking my client, I also had an issue with the booking, but Cristina never left me in the middle and stayed until the end to ensure we got what we wanted.
It was a wonderful house with everything you need, as well as being very clean and well-maintained.
It was a pleasure to work with her, and my client was extremely satisfied and grateful for her excellent customer service.
I would like to thank Cristina for her kindness and all of her assistance on this matter.
