Welcome to our unique triplex, cottage-style home, which is minutes from Downtown Dunedin. Only a short walk to Main Street and a 12 min drive to Honeymoon/Caladesi Island! Walk to the Pinellas Trail, breweries, eateries, waterfront marina, and Blue Jay baseball stadium. Enjoy award-winning cuisine, live entertainment, and breathtaking sunsets before returning to the peace and quiet of your own private area. Dunedin is a gulf cart friend city with local rentals available to cruise around town.

Step back in time and experience Vintage Florida Charm with this unique property consisting of a 2/Bed, 1/Bath home and a DUPLEX located in the back consisting 1/Bed, 1/Bath on EACH side. All three villas have their private courtyard and outdoor seating area. Detached Communal laundry on site and ample parking in the back. This beautiful property makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself. The perfect setting for your next family vacation, corporate retreat, or romantic couples' getaway!
