The property was excellent and provided us close proximity to the bike trails and downtown Dunedin. We slept comfortably, the showers had great pressure and everything was neat, tidy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our family of five adults. We just needed it for the weekend for my mom’s funeral. It’s really convenient to downtown Dunedin. Great little town with so much to do. Even though it’s close to the main road, it is a lovely quiet area. The place was extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well laid out. And there is on-site, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. all things that made our weekend too much easier Wi-Fi was easy to use, we didn’t really use the backyard, but it is fenced in, which is great if you have a pet with you. Close to the bike path, so many restaurants, the beaches and more.The host was easy to reach by message through the app. We will definitely stay there again sometime, especially if we bring our dog.

The house was very clean and well stocked including the kitchen which is not always the case in rentals. The host responded very quickly when I had questions. We were walking distance to Dunedin which was a bonus.

We had the absolute best stay at this adorable bungalow in Dunedin! We rented it for six weeks, and it truly worked out perfectly for us.The layout is fantastic — My wife was able to use one of the extra bedrooms as a home office, which made our extended stay so comfortable and convenient.The house is beautifully decorated, recently remodeled, and incredibly clean. The appliances are updated and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The beds were unbelievably comfortable — we slept so well the entire time! And after our long drive down to Florida, walking into such a welcoming, cozy space made us feel right at home immediately.We especially loved the fenced-in backyard for our dog. It gave us peace of mind and made the stay even more enjoyable.The location truly could not be better. Just a block off the main road and within walking distance (or a quick bike ride) to everything you could possibly want to see and do in downtown Dunedin. We loved being able to explore the area so easily from this perfect spot.The hosts were wonderful — respectful of our privacy but always just a quick call or text away if needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable home in Dunedin!
