✔ The garbage Service date is every Monday at 6 AM. If you are staying on Sunday night, please help us pull the black bins out. If you are checking in after the service, please help us roll the black bins back in.

The home is charming and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay (even an umbrella for December in Seattle). We walked to restaurants and got in plenty of beach walks. Perfect!

Beautiful location, thoughtfully furnished 2-bdrm house, with well stocked kitchen. Great place from which to explore Alki beach and West Seattle. Easy assess to restaurants as well as free bus to foot ferry to city, and 3 bus up the hill to groceries and more. Highly recommend it, even kids toys in closet!

We had the most wonderful stay at this ALKI Beach House! The house is well stocked if you want to do a little light cooking. The place is spotless and well decorated for a cozy beach vibe. This location is perfect! You can walk to a couple of parks, the beach, cafes, shops, etc. And if you need a big grocery store or drugstore, you are a short drive away. If you are looking at this listing for consideration, book it now! You won’t be disappointed! Grace is a great host. Thank you!

This home was in the perfect location. Just steps from the beach but set back far enough to avoid any street noises. Home was clean, fully equipped to cook and very comfortable all around. Would highly recommend this great home.

Ideal for families

This place was ideal for our needs. We wanted to stay in a quiet neighborhood near the beach with easy access to downtown. The house is newly renovated and clean. The beach is a few minutes walk if you want to stroll along the Puget Sound. There is also a place that sells baked goods and coffee around the corner. Very pleasant!

Family visit

We were visiting our daughter and found this place close to where she lives. The location is so close to the water and restaurants. It’s clean and well stocked. We loved everything about it and definitely hope to stay there next time we come to Seattle.

Just as expected

We had a great time for our fall visit. Property is just as listed and meet our expectations. Easily walkable to the beach, parks, restaurants, coffee, etc. Was great to have the 775 route that brought us to the water taxi so we could get to the downtown area without having to drive or uber.

Never again

This was the worst VRBO stay we’ve ever had. The home was not clean. The home did not have the same furniture as shown in the listing. There were broken dishes. There were not adequate means of cooling. It was a very warm weekend in Seattle and our stay was extremely uncomfortable as temperatures in the house approached 90 degrees. The host was unpleasant to communicate with and didn’t seem to care about her guests comfort in the least. I do not recommend staying at this property or any other that this host may rent.

Amazing

This house was perfect for our family of 5! Very close to the beach and once the car was parked, we didn't need to move it! The house was clean with everything we needed. A Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Alki Beach House. Nicely modernized, easy parking, close to the beach and restaurants, private, comfortable. Easy to catch the free bus to the water taxi across to downtown Seattle for exploring. Gracious, responsive host. We would love to come back!

Really nice

The House is beautiful and extremely clean and inviting. You are literally steps away from the beach although when we stayed there was quite a large college crowd which made things a little less relaxing but I suppose is to be expected in a beach location. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and not a far drive from the city. All together it was a nice stay. The owner was very attentive and replied quickly to messages.

Wonderful location with parking

This beach house is in the perfect spot to walk along Alki beach or take the water taxi into downtown Seattle. It had everything we needed and the back yard was perfect for our pups. Will definitely come back!
