The property was amazing, honestly the pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless and had everything that you would need. The location is central to Bridgewater, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, all that we needed. We loved the spacious deck and BBQ!!!

Enjoyable location

Spacious and generally well equipped, we had an enjoyable week. Would have been really useful to have had guidance on the digitalised aspects and a range of saucepans.

Lovely home

House includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked in every evening and there are plenty of dishes etc. linens and towels are accessible and well organized. We would definitely stay again,

Great Property

This is an amazing place to stay. Check in was very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and an amazing assortment of spices. The beds are very comfortable. We saw deer in the back yard every night. The neighbors are very friendly and always willing to talk. Very private and comfortable. Would definitely stay her again. My only suggestion would be some shade for the deck area. Maybe an awning or umbrella over the table on the deck.

Peace and quiet

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. This was a great place for our family to stay for a few days. The area was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, lots of spare towels. Highly recommend. If we are in the area again, we will definitely reach out to stay there again.

Newer beautiful home!

Very private beautiful home, which was very well stocked with anything you can think of! Price was better because it’s not right by the ocean but only 20 mins away to Mahone Bay. Beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic vacation at this rental and highly recommend. The space was incredibly clean and organized. We have yet to stay at a location that was as well supplied as this one! There was also a fantastic binder with key information for the property as well as local information when visiting which was incredibly helpful. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay a great one. It was a wonderful place to rest our heads while we adventured during the day. For other families, our trip highlights were visiting Lunenburg, sailing in Lunenburg with Star Charters, Kayaking with Seals with Pleasant Paddling, Peggy’s Cove and visiting Sand Dollar Beach (full of sand dollars, hermit crabs, we even saw a star fish). We had a wonderful time as a family and having this lovely retreat to stay at was a huge part of the experience!

Quiet spot near Lunenburg

Jess makes everything just right.The bedrooms and living areas are roomy, the beds firm. Plus the kitchen is great with plenty of dishes cooking supplies. The spices were an unexpected plus. Evenings on the back deck are very relaxing. Everything you need is here.

Property was exactly as represented. Felt very comfy and myself and 2 adult children enjoyed our stay! Jess was fabulous at responding to my questions and I loved how things in the home were organized. Great location to make little trips out to surrounding communities. Would definitely stay again if ever out this way.🙂

Relaxing place

My mom and brother and myself thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay while we had family business to attend to nearby. The house was nice and clean and had all that we needed. The furniture was updated and the beds very comfortable. After a busy day we enjoyed sitting out on the deck taking in the view of trees while enjoying a cocktail. The scenic view of the neighbor's field across the street was refreshing. We absolutely would return! Mary Kay

Beautiful and Spacious

This home was a lovely place to stay, super easy check-in process. The pictures perfectly show the space as is. All amenities within the household were easy to use and access. It was close enough to the city for all of our shopping needs, but still far enough to enjoy the wilderness the backyard had to offer. A few concerns related to ants did come about; in the bathroom and the kitchen. The home owner was super responsive. That aside, the place was very good for us for the month. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
