Beach Access: Bungalow on Beach View at The Ivy at Inlet Beach is a short .5 mile walk (or bike ride) away from the largest public beach access in Walton County, the Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access. Located only a half mile away from the home, with plenty of parking and public restrooms, as well as a lifeguard on-duty (during peak season).


Pool Access:
The Ivy at Inlet Beach features a community pool and Clubhouse, complete with an expansive outdoor kitchen and dining area and 70 inch Television! The pool is just a short (about 2 minute) walk from the home.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Bungalow on Beach View at the Ivy on Inlet Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Bungalow on Beach View. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
