Bring the family to Driftwood Dunes a charming, pet friendly home in Seacrest Beach. The large open concept great room with a spacious kitchen and oversized island, large dining area, and cozy living space make this a great place to enjoy family and friends while on vacation. Additionally included are 2 large main suites, a large bunk room, and 2 additional guest rooms. French doors lead to airy balconies that can be found on both the second and third floors. Seacrest Beach community offers wonderful amenities including an enormous 12,000 sqft resort-style pool with food provisions, private beach access, and a community shuttle. Seacrest Beach is located within steps to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and 30Avenue all conveniently placed next to high-end dining, luxury shopping, and world-class outdoor experiences.
Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.
NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community
Parking
“Driftwood Dunes” has a two-vehicle driveway.
NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
~ NO SMOKING
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 30 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 30 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 PM. Starting January 1, 2026, the check-in time will change from 6:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the check-out time will change from 12:00 PM (noon) to 10:00 AM.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
