Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an open and airy floor plan, filled with natural light and coastal vibes. The second-floor main living area features a spacious layout, with a well-appointed kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample custom cabinetry, and a large island for additional seating. The adjacent dining area is perfect for hosting gatherings, while the cozy living room with a fireplace offers a comfortable space to relax. Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather on the back deck while grilling your favorites.

Master Suite (Bedroom 1):
Located on the first floor. King bed accommodating 2 guests. A private oasis with direct access to the backyard. Master bathroom includes a large walk-in closet, soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanity sinks, a private closet, and an additional closet.

Bedroom 2:
Positioned on the third floor. Queen bed sleeping 2. Front bedroom with balcony access and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

Bedroom 3:
Also on the third floor. Two sets of twin bunk beds. Adjacent to the hallway bathroom for easy access.

Loft Area:
Found on the third floor, providing additional entertainment space. Equipped with a queen sleeper sofa accommodating 2 extra guests.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Beach Access: Inlet Beach Regional Access, located at the end of South Orange Street, offers parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. This county access is the largest, featuring three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.

Camp Helen and Lake Powell: a half-mile walk to the east leads to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Offshore, one of South Walton's artificial reefs provides a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA, showcasing abundant fish, dolphins, and sea turtles.

Community Pool: There is a community pool that is a 3-minute walk from this unit

197 Valdare Lane is exactly 20.7 miles to ECP Airport in Panama City Beach.

Parking:

Guest parking is available both in the garage and in the home's driveway.

Other details to note:

Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please take the trash can out the night before pickup. After pickup has occurred, make sure the can is returned to the interior of the garage, as there is a $100 daily fine when the can is left outside on a non-pickup day.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
