Stay & Play! Winery Loft #1 in Historic Downtown Carlton

Located in the heart of Willamette Valley’s wine country, Carlton is a town full of charm, with small shops, more than a dozen wine tasting rooms and eateries lining Main Street. With so much to offer in town and nearby, Carlton Winery Lofts provide the ideal location and accommodations to stay and play! We have 4 individual spacious studio loft rentals, each featuring a king bed, luxurious linens & towels, large screen tv, a kitchenette complete with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and local snacks. Parking is in our lot behind the building, with a convenient private entrance into the lofts.
Check-in is at our nearby Ken Wright Cellars tasting room, (120 N.Pine Street, Carlton-in the historic train depot) where we invite you to visit us and enjoy a wine flight ($30 per person tasting fee waived for our guests). Book 1 Loft or all 4! Be sure to check out all our lofts: #2, #3, #5, #6. With all the area has to offer, it’s a fun place to explore on your own or bring your friends!

Excellent location in downtown Carlton so we could walk for coffee, lunch, dinner. Studio apartment was spacious and well-furnished. Very friendly and attentive staff to help us check in.

Top notch! Clean, great location and easy check-in and check-out process! We loved staying here for our willamette valley trip. Easy access to so many wineries locally and the Ken wright tasting room across the street was such an added bonus - fantastic wine and great ambience at tasting room! Great spot to stay if visiting the Carlton area. The apartment was large and kept clean and included comfortable amenities which went above the basics. We enjoyed the location which was immediately across the road from Ken Wright Cellars and a short walk to Flaneur Wines and convenient to Carlton Coffee. We were really surprised with the quality of the amenities included in the apartment, which was everything you need for a stay of a few nights to a week. Thanks to the team at Ken Wright for a great stay.

Comfy and Convenient

Perfect location, walking distance to all of the best food and tasting rooms in Carlton. The unit was clean, comfortable and exactly as described as well. Would definitely stay again.

There was a very bright light outside the window. It would improve the experience to have it on a motion sensor do it wouldn't shine in the window all night.The place was very well appointed. I would addKleenex and at least one dish towel.Would stay here again and recommend this to others.Thank you!!

Perfect quiet space

The loft was so nice. Very quiet little town and the location is excellent. Great amenities and very clean. Loved the huge skylight providing so much natural light.

Great Spot

Stayed for 2 nights, and it was wonderful. Super clean, and comfortable. Nespresso Machine is wonderful, snacks are a lovely touch. Books and card games are a thoughful addition. Perfect location. Would stay here again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Carlton. The studio was well stocked for breakfast and our morning coffee and tea and the layout of the space made for a very comfortable stay. We will book it again the next time we stay in Carlton!

A great place to stay

A lovely loft apartment, bright and modern. Very comfortable and convenient with parking right outside. We stayed for three nights and were sorry to leave. The loft is owned/run by Ken Wright wine cellars, just over the road from the property, and we enjoyed the added bonus of a free tasting flight of their wonderful wines. We would love to come back here again to stay sometime.

Multiple Stays Here

It doesn't get any better! Imaginative decor, fully stocked with snacks, juices and utensils. The ONLY thing missing is a stopper for any opened champagne or other sparkling wines. We've stayed here multiple times over the years and keep coming back. BTW start your day off at the Carlton Coffee Shop below.

Carlton Comfort

Oh my, the Lofts are the best place to stay in Carlton! Albeit, on second floor, loft number 1 was immaculate, fresh, and cozy! Juice, chips, and popcorn were a nice (unexpected) touch! The central location was perfect for easy, quick walks to breakfasts and dinners. Great access to well-lit parking lot in quiet part of Carlton. Particularly liked the complementary Ken Wrights wine tasting fir guests!

Perfect

The lofts are perfect for a beautiful stay in Carlton. Loft #1 was like brand new. Clean, quiet and comfy. You have to be able to climb a set of stairs but your reward is a a relaxing comfortable studio. Check in was a breeze inside the tasting room at Ken Wright. Will return soon.

Carlton Flat

We’ve been traveling to the Willamette Valley to wine taste for years. Usually we stay in McMinnville but decided to try Carlton instead this time. We booked our flat based on the pictures and location being in downtown Carlton. The pictures are exactly what you get. Super cool place, right across the street from Ken Wright’s tasting room. No problem about parking. Several restaurants are all walking distance plus morning coffee shops right around the corner. Be prepared to walk up a flight of steps. Otherwise a really nice place to stay on the heart of wine country.
