Newly renovated, home located in the historic downtown area of Gettysburg. Short walking distance to restaurants, trendy shops, Lincoln Square, Gettysburg College, numerous tourist attractions and museums. Near the National Military Museum, Cemetery, battlefields, Liberty Ski Resort and golfing. Guests will enjoy plenty of space and privacy inside my home and private, fenced backyard. Free off street parking for two vehicles. Fast Internet. 55" Roku TV. This is a single home with backyard and free parking in the heart of downtown Gettysburg. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and extra pillows and blankets. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a KING sized mattress and attached bathroom and shower. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the other bedroom with 2 full sized mattresses. All bedrooms have closets with built in shelves. There is a full kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating.
Handicapped ramp to back door. **No wheelchair accessible bathrooms**

A wonderful stay for our family holiday!Very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect location with easy parking, would highly recommend.
They even had a Christmas tree! We did add Lincoln as a tree topper.

Wonderful House!

My family and I loved our stay here! Everything was clean, and comfortable. You can't beat the location. It is walkable to everything in town! Easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

You’d have to look very hard to find a more thoroughly equipped property than this one. Everything one could need is there. The owner is very responsive. I highly recommend this for a great stay in Gettysburg!

Nice place close to everything

Really nice home in downtown Gettysburg close to everything. Walk to dinner and drinks. Jog to many famous sites of the battle!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at the house for seven days and it was exactly as advertised. Very well taken care of and clean.The location was close to stores, museums and restaurants. Communication was great and any questions were answered quickly, if not immediately. We would be happy to stay there again.

Friends weekend gone right

Very nice house. The restoration of the 100 year old house was great. It is in a great location to enjoy the square and down to the poont. All within walking distance. Everything was as described in the listing. As parents, we were impressed with the game selection and toddler utensils.

Perfect weekend stay

Perfectly located, spotlessly clean, charming house. Owners thought of everything a guest could want and more! Convenient parking for two large vehicles and a short walk to the best pub in town. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for future visits. Thanks for a great weekend’

Great Time

We had a great stay at Dan’s house. The location is fantastic, and is close to the Gettysburg Visitor Center and Museum, restaurants, and grocery store. Be sure to check out Gettysburg Eddie’s Restaurant and Gettysburg Polish Pottery, both within walking distance. I wish we had more time! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms are a little warm at night with the doors closed, but there are fans stored in the closets. Overall we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dan!

We loved this home! Perfect location, the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, felt like sleeping on a cloud! Communication from start to finish was quick, which is always appreciated! Harpers Ferry WV & Lancaster Pa within an hour driving distance. Do yourself a favor, book this one!

Family visit

The property was just as listed. Host was friendly and responsive. Loved the house, location, and the deck and yard for evening relaxing. The little touches meant a lot, like the charging pads, boxes of tissues, insect repellent for evenings out back, and so many others. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

Wonderful Stay in Gettysburg

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and just like the pictures online. It was the perfect size for our group (2 kids, parents, and grandparents). We loved the location just a block away from lots of restaurants and shops. It was super convenient to the battlefield as well. The property owner was great. He provided detailed instructions for entering the house and was quick to answer all our questions. Great place to stay for a family visiting the town and battlefield!

Beautiful house, great location

This house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is good. Great pub behind the place. Everything easy to get to. My family and I go to Gettysburg every year to see the tree and the Christmas Carol play. This year we got to see the Tubas as well. This was one of the best places we have stayed at. Will be returning to this house with the family. Highly recommend this house to anyone with a family. Space for everyone!

Perfect Location/ Nice house

We checked in on a Friday afternoon and found Dans place easily and accurately as described. The unit is clean and roomy. Watch your head going upstairs to the 2 extra bedrooms where you will find a full bathroom as well. The kitchen has basically everything you would need to cook basic meals, however if you're making breakfast for a larger group, you may want to bring big skillets. The appliances are new and worked well. The water is hot and the air-conditioning worked well. The back porch is tight, but okay for standing around to enjoy a drink before heading out on the town. Most all bars and restaurants are walking distance, and the battlefields and monuments are a short drive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay. Thanks again to Dan, we really appreciate you having us.

This is a single home with a backyard and free parking in the heart of downtown Gettysburg. It has 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This home maintains its historic charm, with original hardwood floors and exposed brick in some areas while including modern conveniences like central air and heat. You get a full kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating.

You are downtown! Fifty yards to restaurants, coffee shop and boutique shopping. Walk one block to town square. Nearby ghost tours, museums and ice cream shops. Technically, you will be sleeping on the first days battlefield. On July 1st 1863 The Union soldiers retreated through town fighting in the streets, houses and backyards of this town.
