Fit our needs perfectly for our time spent in PCB. The only real issue wasn't with the room itself but with the use of the elevators; having such long and potentially unnecessary wait times was frustrating but not totally unbearable.

Property was wonderful lots of room for everyone! Loved the 2 full bathroom's! Everything we needed was in walking distance. Very clean and spacious place.

Excellent location and perfect condo

Our group had a wonderful stay and we loved the location of the unit. We were able to walk to several restaurants, entertainment, even Walmart was close enough to walk to. Our beach access was directly across the street and easy to get to and from. We can not say enough great things about our stay. The unit was very clean and well organized and had everything we needed and more.

Close to everything

Our place was on the 18th floor and our room was right off the elevator. Things you need to bring with you. Extra toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, no storage bags, aluminum foil, etc. need your beach towels. There was beach chairs some floats. The condo was nice and clean. The pools are freezing probably because of the time of year. No drinking at all near the pool which was a let down. We like to drink by the pool, they are very strict on this. Probably why we won’t come again. But, if that’s not an issue you’re fine. Other than that we had great weather for the middle of October

Condo fabulous, location nice, so many rules

The condo was absolutely perfect! We had a slight issue but it was addressed immediately (lack of shower curtain). It is decorated so cute and was clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay again. The location was perfect. Close to the beach (short walk) and close to all activities and events. The beach was super crowded but many big condo buildings right around there. Kids were all playing together and friendships were made. The facility has a ton of rules. Small complaints like you can't have a drink around you in the pool and hot tub, you have to wear a band all times you are there, and you can't have golf carts on the property. Check in was slow but once we got through it everything was smooth. None of the complaints are with the condo itself. You can rent a lot of places in the building but this one is exactly as described and right next to the elevator that goes to the parking garage and one of the pools. I was super happy with our choice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: condo is very dirty , you can see how bad condition it is . fan is broken , some lights is not working , floor has sand , and there is spider web in the wall , some chairs are broken , sink and showed tube blocked . and finally elevator are disaster , you may spend up to 20 minutes to go up or down

Amazing place to stay, however, one thing I would change

We paid good money to stay there as everyone does. It's a great place to stay. They only thing that needs to change is there should not be any extra charge for parking passes to stay there. That's my only negative feed back besides they had a scheduled water shut off for a day we was there and we was not notified of it. We was without water until around 3 PM

Comfy bed

It was a relaxing stay. Easy walk to the beach. Great pools. Bed was super comfy and unit was nice although it could have been cleaner when we checked in. The elevators were down alot and that was a hassle and a time Stealer. 18th floor so there was no option for the stairs in that kind of heat in August.

Great location and views of the lake and ocean

Property was great. The elevators, not so much. It seemed there was 1-2 elevators down at all times and for that big of a place, cannot happen. Other than that, we loved the resort, and our condo. The condo was lacking some utensils in the kitchen but we made do. Overall, we will be back!

Its ok

You will be waiting for elevators a lot! There isn't enough to support that many units and they are often broken. Room was large but well used marked up walls. Not as clean as what I am accustomed too. There is a suprise bill waiting on you when you arrive for wristbands and a parking pass. That kinda irritated me. Lots of party folks there constant smell of weed at all times.If you have a hitch rack on your car you might get a ticket. The condo was fine but the company managing it could do better.

Summer Vacation and 50th birthday

Our unit on the 18th floor was so nice and was very well laid out and made for some great views of the lake. It really felt like a home away from home for the week for our family. From our lakeside view we had we could see turtles anytime , Love that!!! Everyone from the staff at the gates to employees at the sandwich shoppe located on site we visited were extremely nice and friendly. Easy beach access across the street making it very convenient! Also loved the light show every night on the lake we were totally surprised our first night it was really beautiful!
