The condo was great. A little older, but that was fine. It was clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the communication from the owner. Upon checking in, the info stated there were two parking passes above the refrigerator. There were no parking passes anywhere in the condo. I texted the owner at around 5pm since the check-in information stated the owners were quick to respond up until 9pm. I did not get a response until the next morning AFTER a parking violation ticket/warning was put on my vehicle overnight. The owner advised that someone would bring a parking pass by the condo. We went to the beach for a couple of hours, came back to the condo and get ready to go out for dinner. Still no passes. Meanwhile, ANOTHER parking violation ticket was placed on my vehicle advising that the vehicle would be towed and listed a phone number to call. After calling the phone number, i made contact with the on-property office person who gave me a parking pass. I don't like leaving negative reviews/comments, but maybe because of this review the owner can rectify this and the next guest(s) won't have the same issues.
