A VERY comfortable stay!

Bruce was excellent and showed me around the whole house. The house itself was incredibly clean and had everything I could've needed. The area was quiet and close to many places to eat. I stayed in Bruce's house for a little over 3 weeks, and it was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Awesome!

My husband and I came to Phoenix for a couple weeks and luckily found Bruce’s place (after having a VRBO cancellation 3 days before our arrival)! This was a great spot for us, 1/4 of a mile from the New River Bike Trail and had everything we needed! The house was clean and inviting. Bruce was very hospitable and even ran to get me a pie pan!! He had bottled water for us which was great when going biking! We were sad when we had to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

The fact that we’ve returned to this property 3 different times says a lot. Bruce is unquestionably the best and most thorough and thoughtful host we’ve ever encountered. The house and grounds are always immaculate and lacking for nothing. His attention to detail is impeccable. If you have any questions or need anything he is always prompt to respond. The property location is amazing. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anything you might need. The back yard and pool is a sanctuary of endless peace and relaxation. We plan to make more return trips here. Thanks for everything Bruce and you’ve set the bar very high for other hosts.

Wonderful Home

This was an amazing find. The house is in a nice, quiet location and is clean and very nice. The pictures are accurate of what you can expect. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a meal. We enjoyed having lunch outside looking at the pool. There are several walking trails in the area which we used everyday. Bruce was very helpful in showing us around and was very easy to work with. We will definitely come back to this house. Thank you Bruce we had a wonderful time.

Perfect family retreat!

We had a perfect getaway in Arizona, with a big thanks to Bruce and the wonderful property. It was spotless, comfortable and perfectly suited to our family. The location is pretty central to all of the different attractions you’d want to visit, and the area is lovely, quiet and very safe. Everyone had their own space, and Bruce had all of the amenities we could need and much more, he even went out and purchased games for us to play with the kids, which was so much appreciated. He met us at the house even though our check in was fairly late and ran us through everything we needed to know. His guide book had all the info! We were excited to crash after a long day of travel and were happy to relax in very comfy beds with crisp sheets and soft pillows. The yard was spacious with a refreshing pool, 4 loungers and brand new pool towels. I look forward to visiting again with my family!
