Enjoy the most gorgeous sunset views from this newly constructed garden home. Open concept living, kitchen, dining areas with French doors leading to an outdoor patio, hot tub and gas grill. Fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a King size bed. One large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Located only a few minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Enjoy peace, quiet, and privacy but easily access shopping, eating, and wineries.
For larger groups you can also book the Pecan Farm Haus (separate rates apply). It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that also has 2 queen sleeper sofa's, full kitchen, spacious dinning area. Book both for a Family reunion, bachelorette weekend or Family Holiday.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. It was close enough to shops and places to eat to not be an inconvenience but far enough away for some peace and quiet. It was very clean and exactly as represented on the listing. The beds were very nice but a little more on the firm side. We would absolutely stay here, again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We enjoyed our stay - thanks for getting check-in info to me so quickly. The home was clean and cozy. The one thing we didnt expect was the other house on property that shared the driveway. It didnt cause any problems, just wasnt sure if it was owner or another renter?

Quiet retreat close to Fredericksburg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and farm were nice, well kept, and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. The sunsets from this location cannot be beat. We thought the house needed a few touches / fixes, such as the towel rack not staying together, and the fridge not staying cold. Other than that it was perfect.

Convenient location near Fredrickburg and Patriot Academy

Rented the garden house. It was clean and fresh. Everything looked new. Super convenient covered parking literally at the door. Sadly something was wrong with the almost new refrig. Amazingly the big house was not rented and the management company moved us up there immediately. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with. I read some of the reviews about the big house and have to say the owner must have addressed most of them. The grill was virtually brand new. There were no spiders or scorpions. But lets get real - its a country home - there were some moths and flies. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were soft. The kitchen is quite functional. Nice couch on back deck and rockers on front porch. My only complaint is the highway is noisy. I liked that there was an electric gate so no one could just drive up to the house.

Nice Cottage near Fredericksburg

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the cottage for two nights, it spacious and the location outside town was great. Finding the place was a bit of a struggle because the turnoff is on quite a busy road.The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean, place was clean in general but the dishes and cutlery were not washed properly and we found grease, finger prints and sticky residue so we just washed everything before using it. There's a dishwasher but no soap for it only for hand washing dishes, wich we did no problem. The microwave is positioned quite high so we saw some black marks in it wasn't sure if it was dirt or damaged so we steered clear of it. The wifi didn't work, we reported it but it wasn't restored in the time we left. The gas bbq grill is dirty and there's nothing to clean it with.The one bedroom door doesn't close properly and the breakfast table had a loose part at the bottom that we reported.I believe the little place need some TLC and can do with a nice deep clean especially taking into account that there's a cleaning fee included in the price.We cleaned it and steered clear of the breakfast table and microwave so we had a good stay otherwise.It was a pain dealing with the rental company looks like who kept demanding information a before releasing the access to the property, which I found very unprofessional since the payment was demanded first before I got sent a contract to sign and then a further request came through for ID. All that happened after they received payment in full, that was a bit strange and stressful because I had my elderly mother with me and I felt like we might ended up stranded if we do not satisfy alk the demands from the rental company on time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is really nice work comfortable beds. Bathroom is great as well. Does need some bug control as they were all over including ants. Also needs more kitchen items like mixing bowls, baking sheets and pans. The water quit but I'm sure that was related to the well.needs yard maintenance badly. Otherwise nice property!
