Wonderful stay

Lovely location, quite, beautiful views. Like home from home. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again if in Conway.

Good for young families

Second time in this unit and it's great for our young family. The only downside is the awning for the deck is very loud on windy nights.

Beautiful Setting, Beautiful Space

We loved our time at this property. It had everything we needed, was impeccably organized and the location was centrally located to restaurants and Attitash. The owners left thoughtful notes/directions about the space and had everything a family would need. The condo was warm and perfectly decorated for a cozy ski weekend away.

Solid but room for improvement

Great location for Storyland and Living Shores. Kitchen items need some attention as there were not enough spoons, no serving bowls, that sort of thing. Biggest issue is there was no AC for a week of 90 degree temps. Home was airless upon arrival and tough for sleeping. Each room did have a fan. Good option for young families as they had kid's books and some games, Disney+ on the roku, etc. Great to have the pool close by, which is why we chose this rental and glad we did.

Perfect Rental…just needs A/C

Zero complaints about the space or location. The view from the balcony was stunning. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home, BUT, it was unbearably hot in the unit. Fans were provided, but really did not even begin to cool the unit down. It was in the 90’s while we were there and I realize that is hotter than usual for a New England summer. It was nearly impossible to be comfortable when it was bedtime. I ended up on the balcony at 1:00am with a book and my book light, and read for an hour just to cool off. Would we return here? Yes! Just not in the summer.

Excellent view

The view was perfect and the house was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t watch college football on the television without another app and more $. Our checkin was complicated by a dead battery in the lock but the property manager replaced them and we were able to get in after a couple of hours. No real problems and we enjoyed our stay.

Stunning View poorly cleaned

This property had a great view, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was not properly cleaned when we arrived with a toilet backup and children’s fingerprints on the sliding glass doors. ( I’m being kind in this description) That said the location was great and the view made up for the shortcomings in initial cleanliness and closet space.

Beautiful view, great for families!

Impeccably clean condo with the most gorgeous mountain view! The space was wonderful for our family of 5, with an extra room to spare! We loved the sunshade over the deck, and the sunset views were amazing! Kid friendly room including some toys and games, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., and even kids plates! The pool access code left in the thoughtful instruction book did not work, but I received a prompt reply via text with the correct code, and we very much enjoyed using the pool. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but with the windows and sliding door open there was a lovely cross-breeze, cooling off the place quite nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Renters Beware

- Beware during the summer months they have no AC, no ceiling fans, or no regular fans. The rooms were 95 degrees so we had to leave after 1 day. We had contacted owner to reschedule prior to date and they refused. - We showed up at our 4 pm check in and the cleaners showed up at the same time. They told us to come back in 30 minutes. - Advertise cable and Sat TV but does not get regular live channels

In the mountains

The property is on top of a very big hill overlooking a valley. A great location. Being on the second floor you have a great wide open view of the foliage. It's also in a great area. Plenty of things to do in North Conway and around. The condo was nice. There were toys for the kids to play with which they loved. One of my kids plugged up a toilette and we could not find a plunger though we looked and looked and there the porch awning was open when we got there and when the wind got under it made a big thumping sound. It was very difficult to crank closed, only got it half way...after working it for 20 minutes, twice. Then the crank let go at the top so half way was where it was going to stay. Fortunately the wind died down and the thumping stopped. All and all it is a very relaxing property and area.
