The house is recently remodeled with a garage converted into game room. There are 6 beds and 2 sleeper sofas that can sleep up to 10 people easily. It's close to Lake Seminole and a few miles from Indian Rock Beach.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Only a short drive to the beach and it had everything we needed. The converted garage game room with pool table was great for our teens!

Clean and convenient for spring training trip

Our family of four baseball fans stayed comfortably at this lovely house. The space is large, beds comfortable, and the kitchen very functioning for making family meals during our stay. Conveniently located by car to spring training sites and the beach, with park space and trails in short walking distance. Great value for the location and size, and would definitely recommend.

Centrally located to Many amenities. Very quiet, private place. So much room for family of 4, could easily sleep 6 to 8. Host responds quickly to messages. 5 stars

Perfect stay

This property was fantastic! Super clean and well kept. Very easy checkin process my family and I loved it ! Perfect location just 10 minutes from the beach and close to local store ! Overall fantastic stay will definitely be going back next time I have family visiting Florida!

Spacious and Modern!

The home is very nice and updated on the inside, a large fenced backyard, and nice appliances. It could sleep 8 easily (plus 2 on sofa/futons); the new mattresses are firm. Our family vacation included day trips into Tampa and to nearby beaches and Clearwater - nothing was more than an hour's drive with traffic, beaches had wonderful sand! We were very pleased with everything here.

Decent place to stay

This was a nice place to stay minus a Few things. Number one the beds are uncomfortable and hard. Number two the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and number three the toilet wasn’t working in the main bathroom. It took two days to show up to fix it and still didn’t work. Finally two days before check out the plumber showed up and fixed it. Other than that everything was good, I hope the owner can fix the issue and make it better for the next time, I would definitely check before booking my next stay.

"OK" Neighborhood, Questionable Amenities

We chose this property for a "family weekend" visit over a weekend in February for our daughter's college. The location is alright, although there are some questionable neighbors. The house had silverfish in the sinks every morning and half of the lights didn't work. The backyard had dirty mops leaned against the house and a ton of debris all around from sticks/leaves/etc. - and the "game room" was unusable because it smelled so bad from the grill that was stored there. Overall, the house was pretty good (but the pest issue was unfortunate) and the cool amenities (game room/backyard fire pit) were not of much use.

Nice place in Largo, FL

Property was described and had plenty of room for our family of four. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it looked like it had everything you would need. Beds were fairly comfortable and on the firm side which was good for us. Master bath had a few issues that need mentioned but it wasn’t anything that would ruin our trip, there is no toilet paper holder mounted to the wall and the exhaust fan doesn’t work so the bathroom becomes very steamy after a shower. My main complaint would be the game room and the smell of old cigarette smoke. That part of the house had a lingering smell of smoke and if the game room door was left open it would smell through the rest of the house. Once I figured that out I just kept the door closed and we didn’t use it much. Overall it was a nice place just not something I can give a 5 star rating.
