I love the simplicity of the home. It is a modern 2 bedroom and newly remodeled. The couches and beds are comfortable. The entrance to Pinellas Trail is just a few yards down and perfect for the avid runner or cyclist. With the store just down the road, many of our neighbors enjoy taking a stroll there.

I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking! We had a short stay and a last minute booking, but the host was very helpful through it all. Very clean house and comfy vibes. This house had all the appliances that you need. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed the duplex, and it was about 10-15 min drive to the beach. The host is super organized so our check in and check out was seamless.

Great/Easy Stay....

A quick 2 day stay to visit family. Property was centrally located for us. Nicest home on the block. Owner made it very easy to check in, home was well appointed and fully renovated. Beds were a tad bit small...but fine. Would def stay again.

Greatest get away

A friend and I flew down for business and vacation was a simple great stay loved that we had a laundry room to wash our clothes and a kitchen to cook her food so we didn't have to spend money on going out everything is pretty clean and as advertised and it was a great location to the beach atoward Tampa

Clean, organized, quiet location

The place was very clean, organized, and quiet/relaxing. We had our 2 dogs and they did really good there as well. Really appreciated the fact it had essential's (dish soap, laundry detergent, plates, cups, etc. Communication with the host was very quick and spot on as well.

Spring Break

We stayed at the this property for 8 days, while visiting the Tampa- St. Pete area. The location was extremely quite and located within 2 blocks of the Pinellas Trial, a great running and/or biking trial. The condo was very clean and modern, however, I would recommend replacing the cushions on the couch at some point in the future, it's beginning to show some wear. Overall, a very nice location.

Hi Laura! I hope you appreciated us allowing the undisclosed guests you had over during one of the days. I’m guessing the four stars is because you mentioned after your stay that you preferred to have lamps for our nightstands and a lamp in the living room for additional lighting. We only advertise what we offer but I have taken note of the feedback you gave and will have those items soon! (We did our best with our budget.) I always appreciate the feedback on our home and we strive to improve whenever possible.

quiet and comfortable

lovely stay in this cute boutique-style home; nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. a quiet unit with a small outdoor area that is nicely fenced in. the home is not exactly a 'house' in the traditional sense, but it is part of a small 3 apartment complex. Not really an issue but just to clarify. Close to walking and bike trails, grocery stores within walking distance. Easy drive to everything. recommend!

Thank you so much for the positive review. We appreciate you so much! Please note that this is not a three apartment complex. This is a duplex. The last door that you were seeing is where our garage is and where we store our supplies and personal belongings. At the time of at the time of setting up our listing, there was no option for a duplex and our home best fit the home category not an apartment because an apartment is more than four units.

Nice Place

The house is clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the stocked kitchen to make dinners. Location was great, 5 min walk to Publix, a block from a walking/running trail, close to a couple nice parks, and only 15-20 min drive to several different beaches. One thing that we missed or wasn't clear in the listing was that this place is a duplex. We were worried our kids might be too loud and annoy the people in Unit A as they sometimes wake up early. It ended up not being a problem as we never heard them and they never heard us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time renting a cottage and not a condo or resort style hotel. Based on reviews and the picture, we wanted to give a try because this rental had checked out all our boxes! We truly happy that we gave it a try. The places was impeccable, granted it’s in an older neighbor but everything was up kept very well and super clean. Interior and exterior were both renovated and everything was super clean.The unit was very spacious and more than enough room for two adults and child, I can imagine two families would be totally fine. If anything, the amenities were better than Ritz Carlton, you had everything you needed and more.The host was amazing and always checked up on us every so often. Soka was very accommodating as well.Location was great, literally right behind a Publix. Can’t get anymore convenient than that. Within 20 minutes for all the beaches. We decided to go to Sand key beach near by and were able to spot dolphins from the beach. Definitely will book again!

Great property

We were notified our hotel was no longer available during mandatory evacuation for hurricane Ian. We were in a frantic, last minute search for a safe location for ourselves and elderly family members. I found this location and was even provided the address to assure it was a safe structure to evacuate to. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating allowing us immediate occupancy. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend this property to anyone we know looking in our area. The property was immaculate and supplied everything we needed. We were safe and very comfortable. Thank you for making a very stressful situation so much easier to handle!

Danke für den erholsamen Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sauber, die Technik ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Sie wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist und kleine Details (Spiele für Kinder, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee-Pads, ein Weg zum Eingang, in den wir uns gleich verliebt haben), die die ganze Familie leicht ankommen lassen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, der nächste Supermarkt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir haben alle erforderlichen Informationen rechtzeitig bekommen, auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Da wir noch einmal in die Tampa Bay Area reisen wollen, planen wir wieder diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Short and sweet

We booked this house to extend our spring break and it was well worth it. The host was vey helpful and responsive. I loved how everything was labeled and organized. This is a great location and I loved staying at the Oreo house!
