Located at Mustang Island Beach Club; this condo is convenient for beach access and is situated near the shared pool; which is heated during the cooler months. This coastal classic beach home is perfect for any getaway! With its clean lines and warm furnishings; you know it has the best of everything. Located at Mustang Island Beach Club; this condo is convenient for beach access and is situated near the shared pool; which is heated during the cooler months. Take a short stroll on the private beach walkover or enjoy the afternoon rays on the private patio. The living area of this classic condo boasts plenty of space and relaxes with the cool; beachy hues of the traditional decor. The living room has a large flat screen television for movie nights or days spent indoors. For additional sleeping there is a futon and a sleeper sofa. The attached dining area beautifully compliments the kitchen with a natural table with rustic dining chairs. There is plenty of gathering room with the dining table seating six; with an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed; flat screen TV and private full size bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle and TV. The second bathroom is located across the hall. Whether it's soaking up the Gulf Breezes; taking a stroll to the beach or laying out by the lush landscaped pool; Beach Bum Headquarters is the perfect Port A vacation destination. One parking space available with limited additional guest parking; boats or trailers allowed. The condo is on the second floor. There is not elevator access for this unit.

Met all our needs

The inside of the condo was exactly as listed and shown in the pics. It was a great location with easy access to the beach. The onsite pool is pretty small and the game room is definitely older and could use updating but we didn’t mind since most of our time was spent at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, relaxing accessibility was the best

Easy access to the beach our family , the bedrooms and kitchen very clean and swimming pool clean as well. Easy access to the beach we had a blast , if you bring your food in the refrigerator and kitchen are very clean. No need to go anywhere you have more time to relax. The balcony was breezy and with shade. Been to the coast many times but this was the best time ever. Our family will try to book this place next year. Mike Pacheco

Aransas blue

Clean, efficient 2 br, 2 bath with a wrap around deck and a sun room. Appliances were in good working condition and the unit was fully equipped with towels, deck chairs, and a kayak. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a fun time these past few days in Port A. The walk to the beach also allowed for a car to get through which helped with a toddler in hand - Parking though can only occupy a couple of cars. We had a hiccup with the bedroom tv but sent the property manager out findings. Overall, a fine stay for the price and location to beach.

Nice property

Overall it was a very nice property. It is about a 7 minute walk to beach or a 1 minute private drive. The pool and hot tub were nice however the pool was only warm enough to swim in 1 day. The condo was set up very nicely with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with doors to the beautiful deck and the location was good for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was lovely and spacious, the A/C did have a difficult time keeping up but it wasnt uncomfortable. The grounds of the Condos did leave one wanting more. The pathway to the beach was a small drive and then the boarwalk to the beach could definitely use some repair. And maybe also a small note about about needing to drive to the boadwalk might have also been nice.

Great Place!

This condo was a great place to stay. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to sleep, lounge, and eat. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for preparing food. We loved walking to the beach, just a short walk down the lane to the boardwalk, over the boardwalk, and onto the beach. The lane is also driveable, with a small parking area at the base of the boardwalk, which was great for hauling all our gear to the beach. We loved being able to wash off sand in the shower area before heading inside. We used the hot tub and pool frequently, which was a lot of fun for the kids. It wasn't a huge pool, so it could get a little crowded in the evenings when multiple families were out. the drive to Port Aransas was short and easy. We also drove into Corpus a few times, which wasn't a far drive either. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beach Bum HQ

Pros: Proximity to the beach was very close. The property has its own drive to the boardwalk connecting to the beach. Condo was clean, very spacious and well equipped Designated parking space. Not right in the middle of town - drive to town was ~10 miles either way. Close enough to go do things, but far enough you're not in the middle of everything. Cons: The boardwalk has a steep staircase at the beginning. Can be cumbersome if hauling heavy items back and forth for beach days. The air conditioner did not work the first day/night - had to use fans and deal with 79degree interior temp in the middle of summer. Even after repairs it was still warm during the day - ~76degrees, even when set for a lower temp. Owner was responsive but very short in responses - to the point. Disappointed that no follow up occurred after a/c repairs. Would have been a nice touch to know they understood that a/c failure was a bummer to our trip and acknowledge that we had to deal with very hot temps overnight on the first night. There are no ground level units. All units have a staircase that leads to the condo, even the ones with "1XX", which I assumed would be ground level.

We thank you again for staying with us. I would definitely have to agree with you on Waze definitely close to the beach and the condo is clean and spacious for sure we do you feel that we did everything we could to make your stay comfortable as soon as you called us the next day about the AC the local AC company responded within the hour. After repair the system was working properly and everything was working. The condo was cool when housekeeping was there and when the inspector was. Once you called to let us know about it we responded immediately. We are available for all our guest 24/7. We definitely could have had the AC company come out even after midnight, they are definitely available for there customers. Thank you again for stay

Cute condo!

Was great for my family. If you want to be close to the water, there is a road you can take to get to the beach, then a little bit of a walk on the ramp past the dunes and then there is the beach!
