Family friendly condo in Port Aransas

Perfect two bedroom condo for your family or friends. The condo has a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean. Great way to start your day with morning coffee and the sunrise. Perfect way to finish your evening with an ice-cold cocktail and ocean breeze views.
Condo is located in The Mustang Island Beach Club. The Mustang Island Beach Club is a small complex with 32units. There is a community pool, hot tub, barbecue areas and gaming room. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive with a private access on a private boardwalk.
The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Second room has queen-sized bed and TV. Living room has a pull-out sleeping sofa. The kitchen has full appliances. You will find everything you need, even a shrimp boiling pot! If you don’t want to cook, there are great restaurants within 10 -15 minutes driving distance. Come and relax!

Great dog-friendly place. Ocean view on the huge porch; nice pool and hot tub. Short drive/walk to boardwalk &beach. Just happened to catch the Kite Festival which was very cool Weather and ocean perfect!

This place has everything you need for a weekend at the beach! The patio was great for morning sunrise and coffee. Even my teenager enjoyed himself for a bit on the boogie boards.

Dog friendly and Beautiful views from deck.

And large decks are perfect for dogs to dry off on after a rinse from salt and sand at the beach. The breezes there were lovely and views were nice. Everyone in the complex was friendly and helpful. The house was comfortable and pleasant.

Great Experience with Host and Property

We stayed to celebrate my twins birthday. We had a great time. The host was spectacular with any request as she responded very quickly. The condo was clean and had everything listed on the website. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo.

It was exactly what we needed to celebrate a couple of birthdays with the family. The condo was so nice. It allowed for the family to be in different areas to hang out but not too separated from each other. We’ll definitely be going back.

Clean, Comfortable, and Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with an open floor plan. Beds were comfortable with good quality and clean linens. The patio was fabulous, large and completely enclosed which was great for our dogs. There is a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Beach access was perfect- a quick drive or short walk. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Port A. Check-in was easy and organized. Thank you!

Great location if you’re not staying in the City of Port Aransas. Only a few minutes drive to Port A and the beach. Close to large gas station/market.The property has a beautiful balcony. Plenty of space to sit around and chat or play games. Large dining table for shared meals. Comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the couch was broken and very uncomfortable. There were also several light bulbs out and the main bathroom toilet felt like it was going to detach from the floor. I notified the owner and she was very quick to address my concerns. Overall, we would stay there again. Would just prefer a better couch to lounge on after a long day at the beach or shopping.

Nice place but 1 issue

The property was in a good location, was spacious, and clean but they have an electronic dead bolt on the door and it stopped working half way through out trip. One person went to the store and had the key and the other went to the beach and came back and couldn't get in therefore were locked out and waiting for the other person to arrive. It was inconvenient.

The windows blow

Would have been a perfect stay if it wasn’t for the bedroom windows. Locking mechanisms and windows themselves don’t fully close/lock. Looks like the sea salt has taken a toll of them. Winds were howling through them during the tropical storm and made the bedrooms very humid with condensation forming around the vents. Otherwise great place near the beach!

Family Beach Trip

This property was beautiful, spotless, had any kitchen utensils and appliance you might need, had all the towels (bath and beach) and linens we needed, there's plenty of parking if you have 2 vehicles, and the balconies are huge. Getting to the beach was fairly easy via a short private drive to a small parking area and boardwalk, and beach access roads were located within a few miles of the property if you prefer to have your vehicle on the beach. There's also an outdoor shower available for rinsing off after the beach. The pool and hot tub area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a restroom. However, my only tiny complaints about the complex are with the pool area; there's only one small area with shade with a single picnic table under it, and the pool is difficult for a person with mobility issues to get into as there are no railings on the stairs. I would definitely consider this property again for our next beach trip.

overall good, but could be better

First off overall the property was nice. However it could use some improvements. We had a party of 6 and there was hardly any towels and not enough linens for all the beds. They did deliver some the next day. The washer was broke which wasn't that big of a deal, but a repair person was supposed to come fix it and the host did not communicate well regarding when or if he had come and what the status was of the repair. It never was fixed. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV.

October getaway on Mustang Island

Great view of wonderful sunrises, clean and well appointed inside. Property as a whole was built in the 80’s and is showing wear. Overall a great place to stay!
