Welcome to Coconut Castle! This brand newly remodeled 30a beach home is packed with all of the luxury and amenities you could want.
Coconut Castle features 4 King Suites and a Queen bedroom along with a queen sofabed in the living room. A custom built additional living and entertainment features top off the must have features for any beachside home.

Enjoy a short 3 minute walk to the beach or use the Golf Cart available upon request to take your items to the beach or for a ride down 30a.  Within close proximity to both Gulf Place and Sandestin makes Coconut Castle convenience a must have!  Situated on a oversized double lot you'll have the peace and serenity of the beach where you can hear the waves crashing from your front porch.
