Lanai sits next to beautiful green common area perfect for watching the sunset and for kids. A short 10 minute stroll to Keawekapu Beach and to the renowned Wailea Beach Path. Upgrades including new dishwasher; Microwave/oven; Fridge with auto ice; Garbage disposal; Ample cooking supplies and dishware; Washer/dryer; medium/firm California king mattress and queen-size sofa bed; Split A/C in bedroom and living room; Beach gear including boogie board, beach chairs, beach toys, igloo; Porcelain tile throughout.

Taxes at checkout include: 10.25% (Hawaii TAT) + 4.0% (Hawaii GET) + 3.0% (Maui TAT)

Spacious condo, very nice to have a second bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed and outdoor living room was lovely. Bedroom and living room both had A/C's and fans. Comfy bed and the Palms is close to the Wailea shops. Would recommend this place for sure.

Perfect for a couple just wanting some time togther. Inner courtyard location, close to pool and just yards away from watching the sunset. I've stayed many times at the Palms and this is on of the better units for overall experience.

Great place to stay. Have been coming to the palms for years and enjoy the place. This home is in the central courtyard looking at the pool area but oh so quiet and peaceful. Great communication and well kept property!

Unbeatable sunset views

Our absolute favorite thing about this property was watching the sunset from the pool just steps away from the back doors of the condo. The unit looks exactly like the photos and is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beach towels are included for the pool or nearby beaches. The property grounds are beautiful and quiet. We are thankful for the opportunity to spend time here and would absolutely return. The owners were very helpful and responsive and were even able to accommodate our last-minute, late check-out request which helped us tremendously. My only notes would be to inquire on the pool rules if you have young children as they seemed to be an ongoing issue for families with younger children. This was not an issue for our family, but an observation.

Family vacation with adult kids.

The best part about this unit is the location. Close to the pool with a great view. The kitchen was equipped with a handful of everyday staples like sugar, milk, basic spices, oil, vinegar etc. Overall a great experience. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great Location

The Unit was wonderfully supplied with beach, bathroom, kitchen needs. The location to the pool and beach was perfect. The Master bed frame should be replaced it's dangerous and the bed is worn and uncomfortable.The master bedroom needs blackout curtains since it's next to the the public walkway to the pool and there is no privacy. The pull out bed/couch also is uncomfortable. We liked the unit location and most of the furnishings.

Wonderful condo with beautiful lanai

Great location, easy access without any stairs, lanai was large and protected from wind and sun, close to the pool, generally well equipped and responsive owners.

Home away from home

This condo was the best for our family visiting Maui for a week long stay. It had everything we could possibly need for our kids and for the beach etc. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out. There is a nice pool just steps away from the condo and we were able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes.

Perfect Location

The condo was well located with parking right in front and the pool only a short walk away. It was well appointed with extras that most condos don’t have. We would definitely rent it again.

Loved the Condo

I’ve stayed at The Palms (not this unit) before and it’s one of my favorite places to stay. The condo was clean and pretty much everything you needed including basic cooking spices, foil, cling wrap, coolers, beach chairs etc. The bed is quite soft, so if that’s an issue for you please be aware. That wasn’t an issue for us we found it very comfortable. The location of the condo to this is lovely and it’s steps away from the pool. The only thing I wash it had was an outdoor dining table on the lanai. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Thank you!!
