Great Customer Service

We loved our location and Frank was very responsive to anything we asked him. Check in process was smooth and the building felt very safe. Would recommend staying here if you’re ok with not having all the amenities the resorts offer.

The condo was very nice and well located near Palm Beach, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby-all within walking distance. The owner was very responsive when asked questions and thorough in providing information on checking in to the condo and the unit was exactly as described with no surprises. It was a very enjoyable week.

We had a great stay at this condo! Our host was very quick to answer any and all questions we had, the place was very clean and prepared. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The rental has beach chairs and a cooler which was very convenient for the beach which is about a 3-5 minute walk away. The only thing we wish there was was an umbrella because that sun is HOT. The location is great is you are wanting to be central to everything (bars, food, beach, shopping) it has it all! Some of our favorites were gusto, pasta to go,

Regarding the umbrella, we completely understand how strong the sun can be here. Due to the high winds in Aruba, we don’t provide umbrellas at the condo as they can become unsafe, but beach umbrellas are readily available for rent right on the beach for guests who’d like that extra shade. Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved staying at the Cove condo! It was neat and clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. There were so many restaurants and shops nearby and the beach was a 5 minute walk. We hope to stay again next year!

First time in Aruba

The apartment was perfect for our first time in Aruba! It was spacious and a great location to get to the beach. Only issue was that there was a strong musty odor upon arrival that did not go away throughout our stay.

The property was beautiful, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was exceptional. We never did figure out how the thermostats worked, but other than that it was perfect.

Luxury property and great location.

This property is truly 5 star. Very clean and comfortable. It is stocked with all kitchen items you may need. Includes beach towels and chairs. Loved having a washer and dryer. Close to all the great shopping and restaurants. Only 5 minutes to Palm beach. We had a fantastic stay and will be back.

Wonderful condo, just as advertised!

Our stay was wonderful and the condo is conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. One thing to be mindful of is given it’s located im the heart of the district, you do get some late night noise from the area and local music venues. Host was great and communicated very well!

Beautiful stay in Aruba

Frank’s place was perfect for our family. The apartment was clean and modern and it had everything we needed. Communication was great and his guidebook was so helpful. The beds were also so comfortable! Definitely try The Screaming Eagle restaurant in his recommendations! If we return to Aruba, we will definitely be staying there again. Thanks again!

Perfect Location

We were celebrating my sister 50th and it was a nice stay. Everything was in walking distance. The only suggestion I have is for the cleaning crew to clean the traps so the water doesnt build up to make a smell which comes through the vents and in the laundry area. Other thank we were very satisfied

Amazing place and location

Beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Noord area of Aruba. Hardwood floors with new appliances and king bed sets with white linens. Safe area with smart entry and appliances. Had a small fridge issue that Frank/Yalitza addressed immediately. Even have a pool rooftop that looked amazing. Can’t miss with this place.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. Had 2 big screen TVs and Netflix. Loved the shower and mattresses on the beds. Also provided beach chairs and a cooler which was very handy. Short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. Our host, Frank was awesome and patient. We were remiss in checking the links on the email he sent giving us instructions on how to access the condo. This was definitely our fault. We contacted him upon arrival and he very nicely gave us the information we needed. I would highly recommend this Condo and host.

Ideal location

This condo is perfect for one or two couples. The location is fabulous for walking around going shopping, eating at all the great places, walking over to the beach. Location is probably the best in Aruba for those who want a little of everything. Or if you don’t have a car, The room was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive. A/c was fine. Water was fine. Check-in was a little complicated. Be sure you pay attention to the directions! The parking gets very full in the parking lot between 7 PM and 9 PM on Friday and Saturday nights be prepared to wait for a spot if you leave and try to come back during those times, We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Aruba trip details

Yes, we enjoyed our stay! Aruba is amazing! There were a couple concerns: *A strong odor when you walk in the door, musty like *A urine smell in front of the dishwasher *The mop/bucket odor by washer/dryer was horrid. I used a spray to help mask it, but it had to be done daily *The couch/pillows very stained. Probably need a couch cover *Baby ants on sink and island *Black out shades would be nice. Too much light at night *Towels not too bad, but seemed a little thin Please don't take this as criticism, but consider it as constructive comments. We truly appreciate sharing your place for our time in Aruba! We found the beds comfy; pillows kinda ok. We loved easy access for in and out of the building. We loved being so close to the beach and spent a lot of time there. We loved the closeness of restaurants and shopping. (Excellent restaurants!) Thank you again for your hospitality! It’s wonderful that you found the beds comfortable, and we’re glad to have been a part of your vacation. I’m surprised that you never mentioned anything during you stay. Note that the ants appeared during your stay. This will happen anywhere if you leave food, spilled sugar on the counters for a while. Cleaning the counters will prevent that…. I will reach out to our cleaning team to see what smell you are referring to as this was not mentioned by several guests who stayed after you and before you. Perhaps our cleaning team felt rushed when you arrived unauthorized at 2:00pm when your scheduled check-in was at 4:00pm Thanks again for choosing our place, and we’re so happy that Aruba treated you well!

This was an awesome VRBO stay.

This condo was perfect and in a perfect location. I like to be close to the action, this condo is in close proximity to the bars, restaurants, casinos and beaches of Palm Beach. Check in was easy. Parking was safe and easy. The neighborhood is really busy, so if you are looking for quiet peaceful evenings this may not be the spot for you. The roof top pool was great. The beach chairs were super useful. We had a car so we took those chairs all over the island and enjoyed many of Aruba's amazing beaches. Frank is a FANTASTIC host. Very communicative and responsive. I was traveling with a friend and we had other friends at various locations around the island, but the condo only came with one key fob to get in and out of the building., that was problematic for us. I messaged Frank and he had another keyfob placed in the lockbox within 30 minutes. That made our vacation and coordination far easier. I can't say enough good about Aruba or this condo and Frank. I'm already planning a trip for next year and am hoping I can stay here again!

After having visited the beautiful island of Aruba more than a dozen times, it was the right time to purchase our place. This unit is in the perfect location! Right on the main strip in Palm Beach. If you're coming down for the beach, restaurants, casinos and nightlife, a car is not needed. If you plan to visit other beautiful places in Aruba such as Baby Beach, the light house and more then a car should be rented for a day or two!
