Alojamiento: Condominio, 1 dormitorio principal, más 1 reina retirarse en la sala de sol o dos gemelos en la sala de televisión. 2 baños con duchas completas en cada uno. 1.200 pies cuadrados de área de comedor expansiva con capacidad para 6 personas para la cena.

El BVG Marina es una propiedad de lujo de alta gama con acceso exclusivo para propietarios y huéspedes. Es un desarrollo de condominios seguro y privado en Ixtapa, México. Está frente a la playa y nuestro condominio está ubicado en el 8vo piso (nuestro piso favorito para las vistas de la vida real). Usted obtiene una impresionante vista al mar de la playa de Ixtapa desde nuestro balcón. Comience la mañana con un espresso caliente y observe la salida del sol o la hora de dormir y luego disfrute de las increíbles vistas puestas de sol desde dos piscinas infinitas de estilo resort que también miran a la playa. ¡Con la marea alta puedes tocar las olas desde el jacuzzi! El área de la piscina es el lugar perfecto para tomar una bebida fría mientras te preparas o para relajarte en las aventuras nocturnas.

Esta es una propiedad nueva y cada semana llegan nuevas comodidades. Tenemos un local deportivo, hermosos muebles de playa, bar en la piscina, restaurante, sala de entretenimiento con billares y mesas de juego, canchas de tenis, centro de negocios, gimnasio / gimnasio y spa de día con jacuzzi y baño de vapor. ¡Todos los meses obtenemos algo nuevo!

Este Bay View Grand Marina está ubicado hacia el extremo muy tranquilo de Playa Palmar, justo al lado del puerto deportivo y al otro lado de la calle del Club de Golf Marina Ixtapa. Puede caminar directamente al centro del pueblo de Marina para cenar o tomar un café.

A mi esposo le encanta pescar y conoce a los mejores capitanes que lo llevan a los mejores lugares. Él puede darle todos los detalles sobre a quién ver y cómo llegar desde un paseo en taxi de 6 minutos hasta el histórico y auténtico pueblo pesquero mexicano llamado Zihuatanejo. ¡Podría comprar por días en esas lindas callecitas de Zihuatanejo!

Por la noche hay románticos paseos por la playa o cenas y salsa con amigos. La vida nocturna siempre está sucediendo, los partidos de baloncesto en la plaza del pueblo frente a la iglesia y las maravillosas comidas preparadas a partir de la captura del día en cualquiera de los restaurantes que bordean la bahía.

Hay tanto que ver y hacer, ¡pero ni siquiera tienes que salir del condominio! Tienes todo lo que necesitas allí mismo. Te lo diré, a veces los mejores días son cuando mi esposo ha tenido un gran día de pesca y he pasado el día con un lindo sombrerito para el sol en la cabeza, un buen libro descargado en mi Kindel. Perfecto-simple-y-tan relajante!

We loved our condo and the our communication with the owner Cynthia Ross. The pool chair rules are terrible. We waited 11 days to get a chair close to the pool. We went to the administation for help but none was offered.

Absolutely Fantastic

This is our third time to BVGM and we can honestly say this is the best unit we have ever had. The communication from owner, to housekeeper was impeccable. We so appreciated the little things such as some one meeting us at the unit, water and snacks waiting for us as well as flowers and fresh salsa! This exceeded our expectations. Loved the gourmet pots and pans, the labeled light switches, the number of American tv stations that were available and the weekly housekeeping service. We have booked this unit again for next year and hopefully in the following years to be here for months at a time! Thank you for making us feel at home. Roy and Bonnie Meulemans

A wonderful stay

This was our second time at this condo building and first at this condo. It is very nice with lots of little extras and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

The BVG's best host,and greatest value !!

We love the Bay View Grand Marina,and have rented there 7 times now.Cynthia's place ,"805 S" is the first one that I would actually seek to repeat !There are no "bad" units in this building,but there is certainly a wide variety in terms of the furnishings ,and the level of hospitality .First and foremost,the beds are great,just like home .Second,furnishings and wall décor are well above the norm-805S just has a much warmer ,and more luxurious feel than others.The unit is a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom ,BUT, many of the 2 bedroom units sleep only 4 due to the absence of a sofa bed.This room is larger than the 2 bedroom suites we've had,and sleeps 6 comfortably with the extra curtained "Flex-Room " and sofa bed.I am not sure whether the Owner,or housekeeper,was responsible for the fresh fruit and homemade salsa,but what an unexpected treat !To sum it up ,realtors like to use the phrase "Pride of Ownership" ,805S has it in spades.Many of the others are obvious rentals.One minor suggestion ;the pots and pans could be improved,though the quality and low prices at the onsite café make cooking quite unnecessary.Thank you for a great stay Cynthia !

Our second stay here

Cynthia is the ultimate host. All of our needs were met here and a few surprises were thrown into the deal! We arrived to fresh flowers, an immaculately clean living space, a bowl of fresh fruit and homemade salsa. The views are breathtaking. And the weather was perfect. We will be back!

Loved this property

This was our third time staying at the Bayview Grand Marina and we loved it as much as we did the previous 2 times.The owners were very easy to deal with and quick with response time. The property manager, Axel was also very helpful and responded to questions very efficiently as well as the cleaning lady Lilly was exceptional (having made us guacamole, left fresh fruit and flowers)on top of a very clean unit. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The condo is very spacious and well equipped; the only thing we had to buy was clothes hangers, other than that everything we could have hoped for was there. Should we return to this condominium we would request this condo again. Our only frustration, not with the condo, but the building is the shape of the umbrellas as well as the lack of such. If you were lucky enough to get an umbrella you had to watch it was not taken away and at least 50% of the umbrellas are ready to be replaced. All in all a wonderful holiday!!

Picture Perfect Vacation

Great place to stay. Everything we expected and more. Upon walking into the condo you are immediately impressed by the beautiful views from living room and balcony. Opened the fridge to find the freshly made salsa, chips and lemonade. Condo has everything you need. Beautiful pool and grounds. Pleasant staff. Choose between a early morning walk/run on paved trail across the street or a stroll along the beach. Ixtapa restuarants and shops 10-15 minute walk. Clean inexpensive cafe on site. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful Stay

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible; from fresh flowers on arrival to labeled light switches. Amazing service from the housekeeper and the manager who are both lovely people. Booking was super easy and the stay very relaxing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful condo in friendly resort.

We enjoyed our stay at bay view grand marina. The condo was nicely stocked with towels and linens. We didn't cook there but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked as well. Staff at the resort were hard working and friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and stores but the walk down the beach is nice. Ixtapa has great restaurants and a beautiful beach. I definitely would consider staying there again if we return to ixtapa.

Our stay was fabulous as always. This was our 5th year in a row at Casa de Ross and each year is as wonderful as the last. It feels like home each year when we arrive. We love it and thank you for letting us share you home in paradise. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

FANTASTIC

Thank you Cynthia for letting us stay at your place for 2 wonderful weeks. The experience could not have been more perfect, the pool and beach were amazing with lots of available chairs. My friends and I joined the exercise class with Shelly almost everyday - who was wonderful by the way. The weather was perfect - view was great and the place had everything we needed. We have stayed at all inclusives in the past but enjoyed this experience much more. The market and grocery store in Zihuatanejo had everything we needed and plenty of restaurants to chose from - only a short walk away or hop the bus. Cynthia was a great hostess and made sure all of our needs were met, thanks again. Loved it. Bill and Donna, Regina Saskatchewan.

Stayed at Casa de Ross for 3 weeks, and for the 3rd year in a row. The condo was perfect as usual. It was clean and has everything a person could want or need. It is extremely comfortable and has such a homey feel. The new restaurant on the property is delicious and affordable. We will be booking again for 2015. A 5 star experience

BVG Marina is a 5 star complex. We spent a week in the Ross's condo and could not have been more pleased. Everything about the place is 1st class. From the grounds to the pool to the staff to the restaurant on site. I don't know why the renter in November was not impressed. The food was great at the restaurant. And they stayed open until at least 8PM every night. Very convenient. If you ever needed a Taxi to Ixtapa town or back they were readily available for 40 peso's (3 bucks). Sounds like the previous review were trying to be cheap to me. The condo was very quiet, no building noise at all, and was stocked with everything we needed to have a great vacation. The grocery stores are in ZIH, a 10 minute ride, so you just have to take a taxi back and forth to stock up. This place rocks. Don't believe the previous review.

Great View and beach

Not particularly impressed. The condo had a nice view and the beach is very nice. Beyond that it is nothing special. There are no services at this location other than a limited food menu from noon to 6 pm. No store at all. Can't purchase even basic items without traveling into town. Very inconvenient. The building is quite a distance from the main part of town and transportation was limited at night. When walking we were the only people on the sidewalk for almost a mile, (easy target if someone wanted to make trouble). Owner advertises room for 4, but supplies nothing but sheets for the hide-a-bed. Extremely noisy building sounds that seem to be associated with the water system. Could not sleep in bedroom as building sounds could not be muffled even with ear plugs. We had no water pressure at all one morning and had to contact maintenance to get water to our condo. We will not stay at this location again. Ixtapa is spectacular and we will return and stay somewhere else. Would not recommend this condo.

Welcome to our Casa de Ross! Kevin works in Solar Energy and I still do some Esthetician work and art work on the side but mostly I work for my local church here in California. We both love to travel. I travel more for the mission aspect and my husband…,well- more for the fishing! See, Kev's been fishing here for over 20 years! As a matter of fact, he wrote his first proclamation of love to me from a little salsa hut on one of these sandy beaches in Ixtapa Mexico! Eventually he brought me here and I too fell in love with the people and the beauty and simplicity of life to be found here. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Kevin is an avid “ole-school” fisher man. He likes to catch the biggest fish on the lightest lines from a ponga boat. He says the best place to do that is here in Ixtapa! He holds a record for some giant fish he caught while fishing here a few years ago. We have that picture hanging in the condo and he would be more than happy to tell you all about it some day! We bought our cozy hideaway a few years ago when we saw the drawings to the Marina being built on the quiet strip of Playa Palomar. We knew this was where we wanted to spend our future retirement days together. We love to just hang out here. I almost didn't let Kevin put a TV in the Condo. We did end up putting one in with a DVD player and internet and cable access. When we retire, Ixtapa is a place we will be spending a good deal of time. But….since we are nowhere near retiring yet- we would be delighted to offer our condo for rent so you can enjoy the peace we have found here. We hope you will enjoy your stay enough to return year after year. We would love to be able to rent to the same guests for years to come and consider you a part of our Ixtapa family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a new property so every week something new arrives. We have separate children's pools, a day care room that makes me want to be a kid again-, sports quarters, gorgeous beach furniture, pool bar, restaurant, entertainment room with billiards and card tables, tennis courts, business center, gym/fitness center... I can't wait for the day spa with Jacuzzi and steam room! It just keeps getting better and better. Who knows what will be here by the time you arrive!
