The house itself was spacious and worked well for our group, but there were several maintenance and communication issues that impacted our stay. The property showed noticeable wear and tear throughout, and we were surprised to learn only after arrival that heating the hot tub would cost an additional 67 per day. This meant that we were unable to use the hot tub at all during our stay which was a large part of why we chose this property. Had that been disclosed upfront, we likely would have reconsidered booking.We also dealt with a significant ant problem throughout the stay. To their credit, management did send someone out twice to spray, but the issue was never fully resolved. There was also a broken door latch leading to the pool area, which felt like a safety concern.Another issue was the outdoor trash can being damaged with holes in it, causing trash to spread across the yard. Despite emailing multiple times, the trash situation was never addressed during our stay.Communication was frustrating overall because the company managing the property during the stay was different from the one we had been communicating with beforehand, making it difficult to get timely help or clear answers.Overall, the home has good space and potential, but the maintenance issues, unexpected fees, and communication problems made the experience disappointing.
