Our Updated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom single story home has all the amenities you could ask for including a private secluded south facing pool. Theme parks, shopping and great dining options are just minutes away.Our home is equipped with a high chair, pack and play, stroller and a gas grill and high speed internet for your convenience. The resort offers main club house with pool/spa, gym, children's play area, tennis court, volley ball/badminton court, fishing on lake, with 24/7 security on gated exclusive community of Lake Berkley. Master suite with king size bed, ensuite shower and corner bathroom with walkin closet. Second bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, third bedroom is a queen bed and two themed twin rooms and a family bathroom. Games Room Air conditioned as well!!

Amazing Stay at Lake Berkley Vacation Home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic week at the Lake Berkley Vacation Home. The house was exactly as described -spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of extra room. The layout worked great for us, and everyone had plenty of room to relax after long days exploring the area. What really made the stay stand out was the host’s communication. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating from booking to check-out, always quick to respond and eager to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, we loved this rental and would happily stay again. Highly recommend to families or groups looking for a comfortable home base near attractions and amenities.

Our kids loved having their own rooms, and we appreciated that it felt private yet cozy under one roof. It was the ideal setup for a family getaway! Dave and Ashley went above and beyond by sharing fantastic dinner recommendations and insider tips for navigating the parks during the busy holiday rush. Amazing!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Lake Berkley Home! Everything was clean when we got there and our hosts could not have been more accommodating and attentive to our needs. Our boys definitely loved the pool! Even after long days of walk at the parks, they had to jump in the pool before bedtime! We will most definitely be booking again in the future!

Amazing Stay in Kissimmee!

My family and friends had an absolutely fantastic experience at this home. The home was spotless from top to bottom—one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell the hosts really take pride in keeping everything well-maintained and welcoming. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s just minutes away from all the Disney and Universal parks which made getting to and from incredibly easy every day. Whether you’re heading to Magic Kingdom, or a beach which is also very doable everything is right at your fingertips. After long days out and about, the private pool was the perfect place to unwind. It was clean, peaceful, and great for relaxing in the evenings. Definitely a highlight of the stay! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d stay here again without hesitation!

Fantastic!

This is our second stay; however, this time with a toddler. The location is absolutely perfect between walmart, food options and the parks! My toddler had tons of room to get his wiggles out and all four kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the garage. Amenities provided were perfect for our family. Dave is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions and you can truly tell they put 100% effort to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be back!

They thought of everything!

Just left! Spent the week in this great house while we visited Disney. So much easier for our family of 5 than a small hotel room. My girls loved having the pool to cool down after a long day at the parks. Quick drive to the parks was easier than waiting for the park transportation too. Wish we would have know about this place when my girls were smaller too! They have everything- playpen strollers high chair, beach chairs/toys. Will definitely be back!

Beyond our Expectations!!

We couldn't recommend this villa more to anyone who is thinking about booking. This is a wonderful family feel villa. Everything we needed and more. Dave the host was fantastic. Always checking in on us and to see if we needed anything. He was Very accommodating and so helpful. The location was perfect. Very close to a local Walmart and the main parks. Our kids loved the pool and all the entertainment in the villa. The villa is very safe and in a gated community. Big trip for us from the UK and if we get to do it again we would love to come back here. We will definitely recommend it to all our friends and family. Thank you for hosting us in your amazing home. Wonderful House

The property was listed accurately and exceeded our expectations. Pool was great! Dave was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions quickly. Bonus was the double stroller that we were able to use on our Disney days. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

Everything about this place was perfect! House was beautiful and had everything and more I could have asked for. Pool was fantastic and our kids had the best time! Location was perfect and within driving of everything. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Owners were incredibly kind and helpful and very, very attentive. I loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Vacation

Our family had so much fun. The house had everything we needed. The owners thought of everything to have available for us to use. Our kids had a blast using the pool and playing pool and ping pong. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It made us feel right at home.

GREAT family getaway spot!

This is the perfect place to get away for a week, a month, or a weekend. The five bedrooms easily housed my family, my parents and mMother-in-law. The Disney parks are only 20 minutes from the house which is perfect. The other thing that is perfect as the pool in the backyard! It was a very welcome place to be after being out in the sun in the parks all day.

Great home for big families

We had a great time! House was located perfectly for parks and other activities. Plenty of space for our large family vacation, and lots of great things to do at the house. Pool was beautiful, house was perfect and the kids loved the themed rooms. Dave and ashley were quick to answer our messages throughout the entire process and stay! BEAUTIFUL HOME. GREAT LOCATION

I would give this 10 stars if I could! Dave and Ashley thought of EVERYTHING! The accommodations were perfect for my family. From a HUGE supply of pool and beach toys to plenty of towels and plenty of other items your family might need during the stay. Their home is GORGEOUS! And it's a PERFECT location close to everything, stores, shopping, Disney etc. I also had to drag the kids out of the house pool everyday. My husband and I ended every night playing games on the XBOX with the family lol The neighborhood is peaceful and very pretty. We walked the lake daily and my family enjoyed all the wildlife. I could go on and on about how AMAZING our stay was but I will just say, I travel and Airbnb and VRBO often and THIS definitely goes down as one of my favorite stays! We WILL be staying again❤ The only thing I'd change would be to stay longer next time!😊

Great Rental!

The owners are really nice and check in to make sure everything is going good. The house was the prefect size and super clean. Only about 20 mins to Disney! All of us enjoyed our stay!

Nice House....but....

The house is great, has just about everything you could possibly need, including strollers, I wish we would of known, we wouldn't of had to bring ours. The location is awesome, Walmart and everything you could imagine, 3 minutes away! Parks are all about 20 minutes away. Couple things to keep in mind, check in is 4:00, everyday, so if you leave, don't come back between 4 and 5, or you will be stuck in line forever!! They really need to let people already checked in through the other gate!! Also, don't pay to have the pool heated, it's a waste of money!! They only heat it during the day, 9-5!! Why you would heat a pool during the day while the sun's out, makes no sense at all!! It should be heated from 5pm-9am. It was warm only one night, the kids wouldn't even swim in it , it was too cold, and they swim in our lake in Wisconsin!! And I've NEVER, heard of a rental charging to heat a pool anyway!! But other than that, we had a great time!

Dave &Ashley were our host; all questions were answered and great suggestions of restaurants we could try.This is our 2nd time staying here ,We stayed a week (but it wasn’t long enough) ,We enjoyed the home to be with our family to build the vacation memories a family should .Enjoyed sitting by the pool having coffee before the kids got up enjoying the sunrise,eating breakfast ,making a sandwich at lunch,making popcorn after a busy day out.The beds and rooms were clean and comfy,The pool was everyday used by all of us enjoying the kids splash and play water games ,we went fishing in the lake ,walking around seeing all the beautiful different birds.We went to Disney,Disney Springs,Gatorland,we shopped the main streets at all the little gift shops we hit the Nike store great sales and the Walmart was really close for milk,cereal,fruit&sunscreen.We will be back every year .Thank you for a Beautiful ,Clean home for our vacation .The Torrens Family

Beautiful, spacious, accommadating, welcoming

We just returned from a week family vacation and can’t wait for our next vacation. Dave and Ashely were amazing to work with and answered all our questions in a prompt manner. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Our kids enjoyed our off Disney days playing in the pool. There’s a walmart less than 5 minutes away to get groceries or other essentials. We enjoyed a day of mini golfing which was right down the road. I definitely recommend this home away from home for your next vacation.

Wonderful home, caring owners

My family and I stayed for 6 nights at this vacation home owned by Dave and Ashley Gentile. From start to finish our experience was excellent. Dave was always prompt with replies to our questions, everything was as advertised. The home is perfectly set up for young families vacationing in the Orlando area. By how well the home is maintained and with the many beautiful modern interior updates, (kitchen, master bathroom to name a few,) you'd never know it was a vacation home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking and would definitely stay again with the Gentile's when we are again looking to vacation in the Orlando/Kissimmee area! A (very) small point to improve/grow on: the beach and pool towels are a little small for adults and grown children, BUT, at the same time we were very happy the extra towels were provided at all and available for us to use around the pool and for our day trip to Cocoa Beach!! One less thing we had to bring with us!! :) Thank-you Dave and Ashley, M. Strickland

Everything You Want and More

We enjoyed our stay the first week of March 2019. So many amenities, especially if you have small children - we brought 4 kids, ranging from an infant to a 6 year old. Pack and play, high chair, strollers, washer and dryer, the pool - what we paid for 7 nights in this home was a bargain. Close enough for quick commutes to the parks and entertainment in Orlando. We took a little drive and spent the day at Cocoa Beach. Adults played ping pong, played cards and the xbox after bedtime. So clean! A WalMart right around the corner if you need to grab something quickly. Playground within walking distance. We were so impressed. Would definitely book again!
