Primary must be 25 or older to rent and all adults in group must meet this age minimum as well.

Master bedroom is privately located on the top floor with it's own brand new master bathroom.

Main floor has two bedrooms, brand new full bathroom, laundry room, living room with floor to ceiling windows facing trail, 2nd living room, dining room, & large, modern eat-in kitchen.

Lower level has 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, and an additional bedroom with a bunk & a day bed; family room, brand new bathroom, & ski room with access to the outside.

The perfect large group house for skiers!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home on the slopes. My group has been skiing once/year at Sunday River for 25 years together. This house is spacious, conveniently-located, fun, and ski-in ski-out. Thank you!

Sunday River Stay

Very nice large house directly across the street from the ski trails, so we could essentially ski in and out. Clean home with plenty of space and sleeping quarters. Very nice. Would recommend.

Another great family ski weekend

Try as it might Sunday River Spring skiing rarely disappoints, and staying slopeside makes all the difference. This is our third time at the house and our party of 14 loved it each time. Hope to be back!

Great gigantic house for a big group

Those skiing at Sunday River were able to leave right from the house and keep their things in the storage room right by the door to the Trails. Well-stocked kitchen. Hot tub. TV, games and couches galore. We loved the intense massage chair!

Great location!!

This house has it all. Right across the street from the Roadrunner trail provided easy access for ski on/ski off. The pictures don’t do the house justice and we were very impressed upon arrival. Communication was great and any questions were answered in a timely manner. This house has all the amenities you could need and the view out of the living room is so fun to watch the skiers go by. At the time of review this house has a combination keurig that brews ground coffee and kcups which I don’t think was in the listing but we were happy to have. Great place to stay!

The best ski on/off for a large group

Great property, perfect for a large group for ski on/off. Big enough everyone has privacy and group gathering spots. Will definitely rent again.

Something for everyone

Beautiful ski out home, with enough room for 16 people. We rented the house for family and friends to ski away on our daughters 18th birthday weekend. The house had everything you could need or want with enough space for everyone to spread out or come together for games and movies. Property Manager was great with communication! I am looking for reasons to stay next year!!!

Great Stay!

We loved staying at the Glass House over New Years and the week leading up to it! We're 3 families with younger children and the ski-in and ski-out aspect is perfect for everyone going at their own pace over the course of the day. We love the multiple sitting areas as different groups of kids kind find their places and the adults can enjoy the main room with views of the slopes! We loved watching the snowcats go right by the window as we enjoyed our evenings. The kitchen had most things you need and is very equipped for a rental. Two things of note- 1)the hot tub could have used a cleaning and the lid lifter was broken. That would have helped us as we different groups had soaks after skiing. 2) you could use 1 or 2 more trash bins. Overall, we love this house and are already looking forward to next year!

Great family wedding weekend!

We totally enjoyed the property, location was great, bedrooms worked great for our purpose. We did have to wipe down all the baseboards and there was a broken board at the back door which we covered with a pice of plywood for safety, also the weather was perfect but we were disappointed that the windows in front of the house were very dirty and hindered the view!! Overall we had a great weekend and we hope to see you again!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home for our annual foliage trip. The house was right on to Sunday River Resort proximity and was very clean. Also, the owner was very kind and helpful . Hopefully we can rent this place again next year.

Big, Beautiful and Close

Great place for a large group. Comfortable. Beautiful living room with floor to ceiling windows. Many bedrooms with excellent beds, some with multiple bunks. I think five bedrooms for couples and several other bunk rooms for the kids. Quite nice architecturally but without any art. I'd recommend they provide shampoo, ice, better pans (teflon not recommended!). I had hopes the hot tub would be functioning but they told me they don't have it on until the winter months. Hot tubs are great year round. This was our second time here we liked it so much. With a large enough group we'd come again.

Great Stay, Great Home, Great Owners

We had a terrific time at this very clean and spacious home. It was a nice quiet weekend with family dinners and movie nights. Communication with owners Ken and Val was great. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, well-equipped home but could use AC

We had a great visit with lots of space for our group ranging in age from 5-80 years old. The house is super clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the lack of AC and a very hot week. The hosts do provide a lot of fans, which was helpful.

The house had enough space for for everyone.

Nice place to stay for a big group was clean but the outside needs more work too much mosquitoes because of the bushes.And the room’s needs better fan when it’s hot those old fan just make so much noises couldn’t even sleep well.

Another great ski trip at the Glass House!

Perfect ski on ski off, especially when weather is variable. Nice to be able to head out for a couple of hours at a time during best times of the day and head back to the house to relax. Great for mixed generation group with varying needs. House is well appointed and super spacious. We hope to be back!

Exactly as advertised!

This house is perfectly located within steps of the trail. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you choose to cook. We had a party of 15 and it never felt too crowded, so many spots to gather and plenty of beds. The owners were very responsive throughout the whole process. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great location, great place

Exceeded my expectations. Better than the pictures. This place was perfect for a big group ski vacation. Comfortable, great layout, and well-equipped (we cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus a crock pot and blender). Plenty of linens and the hot tub was perfect. Check in and out were easy.
