30A Cabana Breeze is located in the heart of Gulf Place on scenic Highway 30A between Seaside and Sandestin. You are just steps away from the beach and you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the full while sitting out on the balcony at a price that is hard to beat on 30A.
This clean beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom unit boasts a host of features including vinyl woodgrain flooring, new stainless steel appliance, modern decor with all fresh paint throughout. It has a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean. The units bedroom has a comfortable king size bed along with bunkbeds in a little nook area off the main hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. It has a full bathroom with a shower/tub along with another 1/2 bath connected to the bunk bed area. The condo and location will not disappoint. We will have 2 beach chairs and umbrella for your use along with some beach essentials. We just ask that you clean them up and put them back for our next guests to also enjoy

Fantastic property

Amazing cozy condo, perfect for a small family. Stocked up with everything you need, clean, conveniently located just 2 minutes from the beach. The owner was very accommodating. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back.

Great place!

Loved the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Owner has stocked the place with everything one could possibly need. We could tell it had recently been remodeled and loved the decor. Overall, the condo is wonderful!

Property was just as described. Would like to stay again. Beach access was convenient. Plenty in walking distance if you don’t want to leave, but also not bad driving distance to other locations.

Great location

This was a great vacation spot right across from the beach. It was just as described with no disappointment. The beach area is really lovely and not at all crowded. Definitely would stay here again. Also communication with the owner was top notch.

What a wonderful spot!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It was clean, updated, and so cute. And the king-sized bed in the master was incredibly soft and comfortable. Also, the view was beautiful, and sitting on the porch was relaxing - especially with the lake and fountain out front. The beach is close, as are so many great shops and restaurants. We hope to stay in this lovely condo again and again.

First Vacation in 10 years!

Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way you can imagine. The property is newly update and exactly as portrayed in the pictures, the view of the Gulf and breeze on the balcony were so beautiful and refreshing. Everything you could need is centrally located right near the condo & we highly recommend the lemon grilled oysters from Shunk Gulley. Shelly was a dream host that communicated quickly and treated us as family. I will definitely recommend this unit to everyone we know that is coming to visit 30A.

Our favorite so far!

We have stayed at several Gulf Place VRBO’s over the past 15 years and Deron and Sheri’s place was by far our favorite! The condo was well stocked with all of the extras I usually bring ( spices, linens, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas just to name a few). This place held 5 of us just fine! We had great communication with the owners and they were very accommodating! The weather as beautiful as always and the walk to the beach was easy and so convenient. This corner unit was located perfectly next to all of the shops and eateries that Gulf Place has to offer! Book this condo, it’s all been updated and the master bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on!!!

Condo owner thought of it all

This is our 4th year staying at the Cabannas building in Gulf Place and first time in this condo. The owner thought of every convenience. There are so many hooks. Hooks galore. There was even a drying rack neatly hanging in the back of the closet. The shower even had an extra shelf hanging on the back wall. Everything appeared to be recently upgraded. All the appliances looked new and I especially appreciated the dual coffee maker for k-cups or ground coffee. King bed and bedding were super comfy. My family included myself, husband, and 3 daughters - 6yrs, 2.5yrs and 9 months. We set the 9 month old up in a pack n' play in the living room and still had plenty of room. We are a bit sad to find the perfect condo but that quite a few things we loved about Gulf Place gone since our visit last year. The Bistro is gone and we would eat there at least 3 times. The Artists Place that does kids crafts was replaced by a giant Monkey Juice inflatable. Even the old coffee shop is gone. The condo was perfect!

Amazing Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family. The interior is great, just like the pictures. Everything is so conveniently closed and the check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. We sure hope to come back soon. Thank you so much!

Girls Getaway

This property is first class. Very clean great location to stores, restaurants and the beach. Updated decor and kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. Owners are very responsive and provide recommedations.

Sister Reunion

My sisters and I decided life is too short and got together for the first time in decades. This was the perfect place! It was like being at home. I just wish I had known they had everything you would ever want for a beach vacation! I could have traveled a lot lighter! This was a really nice place with really nice owners. I highly recommend!
