Enjoy this beautiful three bedroom, three bath home in a peaceful neighborhood. The water views will captivate you the minute you walk in the house. Less than 10 minutes to the harbor by boat (12 ft. bridge)

11/2024 update - due to hurricanes Milton and Helene, we did lose our fishing pier. We are working to get it replaced as soon as possible.

Just perfect

This is the second stay at this property. Such a peaceful home, inside and out. Anything you need, this place has it, including beach chairs and umbrella. Top notch communication with Mike and Janel. Super clean. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Hoping to return for a 3rd stay soon.

Beautiful week

Great place. Pool nice and warm (just right). House well maintained and clean. Waterview awesome. Dolphins, manatees, eagles……. Only issue was two up kayak is missing it’s plug, which we didn’t notice till put on kayaks. Almost sunk. Moral of story don’t assume float on kayak can’t sink.

Great stay

House was very nice. Location on a lake/canal. Kayaks, fishing gear, bicycles all available and used by us. The owners were available to talk whenever we needed and were super nice.

Sunset Paradise

Amazing home. Huge inside. Filled with beautiful nautical/ocean outdoors themed art. Photos do not to justice to this home. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom areas on opposite ends of the house with kitchen and living rooms (2) between so lots of privacy. Really nice TV room. Pool area is top shelf (spring for the pool heat- it’s wonderful). Near a congested area but very quiet/isolated feel in the home. 15 minutes to Punta Gord’s waterfront district. 30 minutes to beach. Catch fish off the dock, see lots of birds, a dolphin, even saw an alligator! Owners are so easy to work with- quick to respond to any questions. They let you use so much of their stuff (crab traps!). One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had in 20+ years of renting.

Spacious Sunshine Haven

From first contact, owners were very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival we were impressed with the spaciousness of the house. Plenty of areas to spread out in. Our 3 generations of family had space for privacy as well as togetherness. Everything was clean and ready to use. The pool was great with plenty of pool toys for the kids and flotation devises for adults. My husband loved the outdoor shower! We made good use of the kayaks as well as the bikes. Several parks are close by for the kids. They especially enjoyed Veterans Park. Location was close to Tamiami Trail but neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We’ll supplied with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Sunsets

We greatly enjoyed our 10 days at this roomy, well cared for, and well appointed property. We used the lap pool daily and biked in the area a number of times using the bikes left for guest use. All of the equipment/appliances, etc, available for use by guests were new or newer and in great condition. The water views particularly at sunset are outstanding.

Amazing view

The view was amazing. The home is spacious and accommodated a group of 2 families with kids well. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of our trip on the lanai, in the pool and on the dock. We would definitely stay there again.

Magnificent Stay 2/21-3/1

Clean, clean, clean. Exactly as advertised. This was the first place that we’ve stayed where the pool was actually able to be heated-other places stated heated pool, but we’re not warm at all. We went to the beach 2 days and we used the pool for the rest of our vacation because the red-tide was so bad we couldn’t go to the beach. Plenty of space in the house. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and answered almost immediately. There were containers to put food in to take to the beach, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, everything you might need. Awesome sunsets. Nothing better than floating in the pool while watching the sunset every night. I won’t hesitate to see if this place is available the next time we are in that area.

Great Family Vacation

Great place for a family vacation. Very spacious property with a wonderful view. The owners were very quick to respond to address any questions. Kayaks & fishing off the docks were enjoyed by the whole group!

Beautiful Home

My extended family and I stayed in this home to attend a funeral for a relative. The home has plenty of space and quiet areas inside and outside for meditation and reflection. There was a tarp covering the roof of the home, but there was no visible damage or mold in the home. Expected as much of the area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian All of us had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home!

Our best vacation rental yet!

We loved our stay at Prayer-adice! The view when we walked into the house was amazing! The home was clean, spacious and very welcoming. It had plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 infant. So many sitting areas but really we spent most of our time outside around the pool playing or relaxing. They had kayaks and beach chairs for us to use too. Everything was clean and well stocked. We saw an alligator and dolphins swimming by in the canal. The beaches and walking trails were only a short distance away. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home and if our family doesn’t grow, we will definitely be back!

We welcome you to the Saltwater Gospel Prayer-a-dise. We purchased this home as a getaway from the cold Wisconsin winters for ourselves, but we are excited to be able to share our prayer-a-dise with others as well.

We have put together this home the way that we would want it for vacation. It is clean and fresh. Beautifully decorated with a beachy feel. Relax or swim in the lap pool while you enjoy the beautiful views of the water. Enjoy the wildlife right from your own screened in lanai. The dolphins, alligators and rays come by frequently. There is amazing fishing right from the pier. The red fish run right by the house, and tarpon are also frequently seen. If fishing and boating is your calling, bring your boat. You are only minutes away from Charlotte Harbor and less than an hour from beautiful Boca.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the layout of this house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and separate area of the house, affording quiet and privacy for each guest. The two king bedrooms have water views. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the back family room, and a twin sofa sleeper in a separate room off the master. It is tranquil inside and out. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. And you just can't beat the views.
