Super cute eat-in kitchen and bathroom have been totally renovated. 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses: one queen and one full. Outside spaces are charming w fire pit and bbq grill. Laundry and 1 parking spot included. Short walk to downtown Forest Park for dining and shopping. Easy access to 290, blue line and airport. Small town feel with big city access.

The apartment was great. First, it’s clean, very roomy and comfortable, and has great style. Second, it’s on a quiet, well-kept street street so that was an added bonus. Lastly, the location was perfect…close enough to everything you need but not so close that it’s too noisy. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot!

Came into town for the weekend with my mom and sister and had a lovely stay. Easy checking-in/checking-out and a wonderful location. Sweltering weekend in Chicago, but the a/c kept us plenty cool!

Very comfortable and clean, and lovely space. Lisa was a great host, and we loved our stay. Very convenient to many places, and Forest Park was super cute. Walked up the block to many places to eat, and Jewel/Aldi close by if you want to cook.

Short stay

We were in town for two nights to catch a Cubs game and run around the city. We hit a home run with Lisa’s place! Clean, comfortable home in a great location! Easy in and out and we will definitely return!

Lisa was very informative and responsive. We had a slight adjustment in our plans and she was very accommodating. The apartment was just right for our family. The locatuon is a gem with great coffee, restaurants and shopping near by. Very walkable, and close to the freeway.

Perfect neighborhood

The house was exactly as described and we absolutely loved our peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the front porch watching everyone walk their dogs. It was exactly what we needed.

Convenient and comfy stay

First floor of an older brick home in a great neighborhood. House was clean, comfy and convenient. Loved being able to walk into town for coffee/ice cream/breakfast. Any easy Uber into downtown Chicago. Helpful host.

Plenty of stuff within walking distance. The AC wasnt the greatest but that is typical in my experience with renting older properties that didnt originally have it.

Great Location

What an awesome place to stay. The house was cozy a within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will be back in the summer to check out the waterslides and parks.

Home away from home

Our Forest Park stay was wonderful! We felt like we were coming home each day to our comfy apartment. After walking all over Chicago each day, this was a welcome feeling. Easy to walk to the L station and also the main street to grab a coffee. Lots of room and super clean.

Great spot in Forest Park

Loved the location walkable to terrific restaurants etc on a beautiful block. Comfortable stay with good mattresses and modern bathroom with good water pressure. Very nice host!

Cozy and Clean

The place was easy to find and when we arrived everything was very clean. Was a very cozy apartment and well maintained. Was close to the L too which was really convenient. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Chicago area.

Great stay no issues!

Super easy stay, had no issues and a lovely time in the apartment. It's a good area with nice spots to eat + drink nearby and close to the (very slow) train into downtown.

Wonderful Stay

My family really enjoyed our time in Forest Park. The location was excellent to Chicago (30 minute drive), and Forest Park was very quaint and welcoming. We were a short walk from many businesses and restaurants. Lisa was an excellent host! The whole process of checking in was very smooth even though we arrived late in the evening. We would love to stay again!

Perfect place & location!

Two friends stayed in this 2-bedroom home and it was perfect for us. Lisa was a wonderful host and the home was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, too! Walking distance (2 blocks) to the main street with many restaurant options and shops to check out. Blue line from O'Hare was easy, but took an Uber back (and to Midway for other person). Super walkable in all directions. Would definitely stay again!

Quick trip, great stay!

Great area and wonderful building. Old charm! Our family enjoyed our stay. Owner on site if needed. Nicely renovated. Beautiful deep tub. Plenty of closet space. Definitely will be coming back if we need to pass through again.

Just What you Need and Want

This house is perfect for any visitor. More than enough was available at my fingertips to keep me more than satisfied! Nothing but praises for this property. Walking distance to little nick nacks and what not. Great property, great parking, great area, great owner. 0 Complaints.
