Temple Terrace Area
This house is located in a wonderful neighbourhood and close to so many amenities and restaurants and there’s a quant park just around the corner. The house itself has a great layout but needs to be painted and freshened! Beds could be updated as they are very uncomfortable. House would benefit with having curtains in the front window so people aren’t looking in. When we got there the pool wasn’t working but once we called they got it fixed right away. Would be nice to have had lounge chairs out in the backyard to relax on. The laundry room light doesn’t work. The kitchen needs new pots, pans and baking sheets they’re in rough shape. Stove was working on and off not sure if there’s a wire lose. We pulled the bottom draw out under the stove and noticed that the cleaners are only doing a service clean not a deep clean. Under the stove and couch was disgusting. Hence probably why we saw a huge cockroach on our last day. They also need to look at the shower in the master bedroom as when you shower all the water goes rushing out into the backyard. We have put in a complaint and really hope this house gets a deep clean and updated and put some well needed money into there clients needs. Then this house will be a wonderful getaway retreat.

Don't Stay here
The house itself is great, well renovated, clean, plenty of space and a great backyard and patio area. But the surrounding area ruined the experience. 1. The next door neighbor will go through your trash and if he doesn't approve of how you separated the trash or if you are not timely placing it to the curb or returning it back to the house he will knock on the door to come talk to you about it. Just to get him to stop talking about it I walked with him to the trash can by the street while he went on and on about the trash, then he handed me a flyer about the trash and wanted me to make sure the next guest followed the same rules. 2. There is a senored light in the backyard that goes off consistently through the night and it is a flood light that will wake you. You want to assume it was a small animal or wind against the trees but considering the neighbor (by the way, they installed a barb wire line across the top of the fence just on his side of the fence line, which means they know that man is crazy) it makes you just check and will keep you up. 3. I booked for 6 nights, we left two nights early, the staw that broke the camels back was the last night I caught someone trying to break into my car after midnight. To top it all off, i made these very same complaints to the host or host company and they basically just dismissed it. They first told me they would look into it, a few days later they call with an update to say, they found no evidence of what I said happen. Listen, im telling you as the family that stayed there this was the situation but they said okay we will look into it again and get back to you. It has been a week now and I think they just don't care anymore. Im not one to post negative things about a place because I don't want to hurt anyone's business so I give them an opportunity to make it right but since they seem not to care I feel obligated to atleast warn others before they book.

Clean, Cozy and Great Location
The house was extremely clean and the furniture was cozy. The hosts were communicative and made it easy to get into the home upon arrival. The towels were all folded into animal shaped which was a nice finishing touch. We were minutes away from Busch Gardens and all of the malls. If you’re looking for a perfect house in a perfect location with a great pool, look no further. Will definitely be back.
