Nice place to stay

The house met all our needs and was in a great location. Hosts were attentive and came over to help with the ceiling fan remote when it wasn't working and also came over and cleaned the pool for us. The house was very clean upon our arrival and had adequate kitchen ware. We enjoyed the sunroom and pool. Only a couple small recommendations I would make... there is only one TV in the house in the living room. I would add a TV in one of the bedrooms. Also, there is no outlet in the master bathroom so I would add one in there. Other than that no complaints, a nice place to stay!

Exceptional Host, Lovely Stay

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was everything and some! Home was in a perfect quiet location, very clean and just felt like home as soon as we arrived. Showers were amazing, patio was awesome just to relax in along with the nice pool. Host was Exceptional and welcoming. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Brandon. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Clean and fun little spot

Very clean. Friendly renters. My kids loved the pool and the music in the bathrooms :) Lots of space and close to stores and restaurants

Hidden Gem

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute house outside of Tampa. The neighbors were very friendly, the house was clean and in a safe area, our host was attentive, and I can't wait to come back with my entire family.

Older style house but we had a great time. Both bathrooms had been updated. The pool was a little cool but we will be staying there again.

Excellent peaceful stay in Brandon

This is an excellent property in suburban Brandon. Nice 3-bedroom home with a pool. We were visiting family in the area and needed additional space for extended family members. This was a very comfortable place, met all of our needs at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Nice house

Inside of house was clean, pool was nice and clean, only issue was outside of house in back had mold/mildew on walls and on fence and on some of furniture. Didn't enjoy check in not till 4 pm but had to be out by 10 am

Nice rental.

It was a nice home. Looks better in person than the pictures show. Enjoyed outdoor pool and very quite neighborhood. Would suggest adding a couple of 1 gallon pitchers to the kitchen supplies and more towels for guests. 2 washcloths and 4 towels for 4 adults for 5 days is not enough. This is just a suggestion to make the stay even better. The stay was still quite enjoyable. Would rent again.

Home was nice, pool camera on pool? unsettling

Home was nice and clean. It was reenforced multiple times, no other guests at the home, other than included on the guest count. I ended up including 2 more guests (that were not staying the night) in the count, because we came to Florida to visit family. So unfortunately we did not extend our visit with more than the 2 family members. We were advised just prior to arriving that if we needed anything during our stay the property owner lives next door. Not really sure how I felt about that, I think I would have felt better just having a contact number and felt like we were being watched, not only from next door but via the security system. There are security cameras outside the home and more specifically directly on the pool, I was not comfortable with the constant footage of our girls while enjoying pool time. I understand some of these things are for protecting the property and liability but if that's the case, why leave open flame candles burning prior to check-in. Thank you for allowing us to stay but the above mentioned experices made it creepy and unsettling, unfortunately.

Enjoyable Stay.

We really enjoyed the home and the hospitality. It is very convenient for everything. The home was very clean and we had no issues at all. If at anytime we needed anything we would email the owner. He was there within min. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If I ever come back I will make sure this is the house I will come back to. It’s like our home away from home. Again we can’t thank the owners enough. Thanks for your warmth and kindness we are forever great full. Mrs Gibson.

Home away from home

Our host was very accommodating, the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great area and neighborhood and felt like our home away from home for the week. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
