Amazing stay in Nosara!

Casa Kaiman was amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures. Great location as well, walkable to the main beaches, stores, and restaurants in Nosara. We are so looking forward to coming back next year!

Amazing all around!

Great location! Great house and great amenities. Perfect family vacation! A wonderful spot to immerse yourself in the local culture and have a wonderful centrally located sanctuary to return to. We will be back!

Beautiful home near a beautiful beach

Casa Kaiman has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. It’s close to the beach and shops. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes. Playa Guiones is a growing area with a lot of construction and this home is in a busy area. That being said, the property feels secluded, safe and peaceful.

Nosara Trip

Property is great. Very spacious and in great location. We had in-house chefs and kitchen was plenty big to feed 10+ people. Very cozy and beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Ashley was amazing. She answered every question for us, check in was smooth and even arranged transportation to/from airport for us. Felt very secure the entire time and we had 6 kids.

Casa Kaiman - Villa A

We just returned from Playa Guiones and we stayed Villa A on the Casa Kaiman property. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The property manager, Mijal, was the BEST. She was easy to get a hold of through WhatsApp and she always responded promptly to any question we had! She could not have been better!! The location in North Guiones is perfect- near many surf board rental places, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Great new property in heart of Playa Guiones

Brand new beautiful house with a great location (between La Negra and Pacifico Azul). Quick walk to the beach path by Destiny’s Cafe. As we were one of the first renters, everything was new but also well done in terms of layout and fixtures. Great option for larger groups or a couple of families (not sure which unit we were) Lastly, Keven the owner and Mijal the property manager were awesome. The two were both very responsive and accommodating to our group’s needs. I highly recommend Casa Kaiman for a great lodging option in Nosara!☀️🏝️☀️

Incredible location and service

Casa Kaiman is in an amazing prime location where you can walk to everything. Beach, Surf lessons, kids day camp and a ton of restaurants are all a 5-minute walk. We love Nosara and got a chance to stay here during winter break. The property is newly built and built well, isolated from noise, has a great kitchen, outdoor grill and pool. Was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids and can house more. If you have a lager group, there is a villa and studios adjacent to this villa and part of the same group. The property manager Mijal is incredibly responsive, super sweet, and always there to help. We had a great stay and are looking forward to being back again.

The best!

Hard to know where to start because this was such an awesome place to stay. Guiones is well off the beaten track but well worth the ride to be in a place like Casa Kaiman. We have stayed at a LOT of different homes in our travels, this one stands out as one of the best. The hostess Mijia and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The house is brand new and everything is top tier. Plenty of room to congregate as a family and have fun around the large kitchen table or on the beautiful pool deck outside. Two different TV rooms in the event that you need them (we did not). Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious to say the least. The location of the house was incredible. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. You can literally walk out the front gate, walk across the street to rent a surfboard at the shop directly across from the house and then walk a couple of blocks to be on the beach. The house has beach chairs, bikes, umbrella, etc. You are walking distance to a little store a few blocks away, main grocery store is about a 10 min drive from the house. There are several restaurants within walking distance, our kids really liked the restaurants that they tried but for the most part we chose to cook for ourselves while we were there. One of the highlights was grilling our fresh caught Mahi on the outdoor kitchen/grill. (Fishing excursion out of Playa Garza that we set up at Fishing Nosara - the office is a 5 minute walk down the street from Casa Kaiman.) Mijia also recommended an ATV excursion with Pipin Rentals, a super fun activity to break up your time and keep you from burning from too much time in the surf. The only downside of this trip was that we had to leave. Our family will be talking about this house and this trip for a long time.
