It was a decent property, just beat up. Not getting the upkeep necessary for it to be inviting. The property in general was smaller than the pictures on line. I am going to list the gliches we encountered staying there. - the designated parking spot is nice, if you have more than 1 car there is no street parking to be found.- the listing states an ice maker. There is no icemaker or even ice cube trays.- We had a full house and found the 4 cup mini coffee maker to be annoying. We were constantly making more.- There are only 3 wine glasses in the whole place.-The dishwasher is not anchored in and falls forward everytime you open it - a major hazard.- The rug in the main living room is curled up, my grandson probably feel 15 times - we tried to curl it under. But again, another hazard.- The glass front door will not stay closed and has no chain to control the swing. It banged constantly. We locked it, but then could not get it to unlock for 20 minutes - it felt like the turn was stripped.It's noy an awful house, the beds, sheets, pillows were all great. Tons of toiletpaper, soap producted. Just needs some TLC from the owner.

We were there for the Marine Corp Marathon and were conveniently located to where we needed to be. Good dining options and shopping nearby (10 minute or less drive).

The kitchen house as a whole was nice and really clean the first night the temperature dropped and was really chilly in the house and we had no control of the heat and didn’t have enough blanket or comforter, said it sleeps six is kinda misleading, 5 adult male friends no spouses so we made the best of it loved the location with all the shops stores and restaurants nearby

If you're looking for a place close to all the DC attractions, this is the home for you! We loved the convenience of this townhome. The location is perfect for visiting downtown DC. The townhome is older but has been updated. This is a 3 level townhome. So if stairs are an issue for you, I don't not recommend. The beds are comfortable and we never ran out of hot water. A plus when you're traveling with teen daughters! Beyene responded quickly when we had a kitchen faucet issue. We didn't need to use the basement couch as a bed, but the area did come in handy for one of my girls to catch up on school work. The basement room does not have a television. That would have been nice for the kids to have to relax before bed. But other than that the home had everything we needed. I cooked breakfast every morning and had what I needed to do that. The home is close to grocery stores and other shopping. We felt safe and didn't have any issues. We had a great time in DC! (despite the government shutdown)

Our host was friendly and kind. The property is relaxing, quiet, clean, and close to a diverse selection of small, neighborhood restaurants. Amenities right around the corner.Our communication was direct, courteous, and left no questions. We would stay here again and again.

Nice place to stay. Location to Pentagon and downtown museums ect. could not be any better. Quick 5 minute uber and you are easily at both. Arlington cemetery also very close. There is a dedicated parking spot in front that is only for people staying at house. This was worth the stay for me alone not having to worry about parking. Lots of room. Had teenagers with me and they all had space. Nice room in basement with bathroom and games and they loved it. Great communication from host and it was all very easy.

Great location! Close to Arlington and the Pentagon. Easy access to National Mall as well. Room for the family to spread out, and our kids annoyed the foosball table!

Arlington townhome

The location was OK and the check-in process was easy. There were a few minor things that I think should be repaired in the townhome… One of the toilet seats was loose and the bathtub was cracked, the TV was slightly cracked and some of the area rugs were stained. Also, the listing says three bedrooms, but really one of them is a basement futon so I don’t consider that a bedroom.

Issues with foldout bed in basement

Issue we had concerned foldout bed in basement. As we were unfolding to setup, noticed on the bottom of mattress and on top of fabric holding the mattress, a large dark area that looked like mold. Because of this problem we had to find other accommodations for the fourth person.

Great location and comfortable home

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.

Convenient, Friendly Option with Easy access to DC

As far as rentals go this place was great. Well decorated and pictures look exactly as described. Parking was super convenient and access was very easy. Owner/manager could not have been more helpful and accessible. Some notes for future renters. I don’t think I appreciated the 3rd bedroom was the game room in basement...just a note for those with small kids. I would also note that because of the convenient parking, the front bedroom does get some random headlights throughout the night, so if you have light sleepers that is an issue. Recommend portable blackout curtains (suction ones off amazon for example). The back bedroom overlooks a very lovely courtyard with some lovely birds that start their day at 4am. Not the place's fault but I would highly recommend a loud noise machine for anyone sleeping in that bedroom. Overall would stay again and we just mention the sleeping points as heads up for future renters. Enjoy!

Beautiful home and wonderful host

My family and I (4 adults, 2 kids) stay at this home for two nights on a weekend trip to explore DC. The house was beautiful and very clean. The host was very kind and made sure we knew all there was to know before arriving, as well as checking in with us to make sure we were good upon arrival. Location is wonderful, it never took us more than 15 minutes to get to our destinations in DC. We had a great time, thank you so much!
