We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. Our linens are laundered after each stay, and commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized during each cleaning.

The home is a comfortably sized two-story 5/3 at almost 3,000 square feet! With two king sized beds, three queen sized beds, and two twin beds, this dream home has all of the amenities (and then some) of home!

On the upper floor, enjoy the stunning kitchen, which transitions seamlessly into the living room with a spacious open-concept floor plan, complete with a comfortable sofa and a captivating premium 4K OLED flat-screen TV. Listen to some classic vinyl records, watch a movie (we include Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus on the TV), play a board game or just relax and unwind with a hot cup of coffee.

The upstairs level of the home has three bedrooms including:
- One king bed (master bedroom)
- One full bathroom attached as part of the master bedroom
- One queen bed (second bedroom)
- Two twin beds (third bedroom)
- Full bathroom located off the upstairs hallway

The downstairs level of the home features:

While there are many world-class dining options within easy access of the home, our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware you'll need to cook you and your group nice dinner.

FAQ: The Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor. This property requires stairs to reach the kitchen and living area and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

We do have stairs! To access our home, you'll need to be able to climb up a few stairs before arriving at the front door. From there, you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to enter the main living areas of the home, as the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located upstairs on the second level. The theater, sauna, and game room are located downstairs. The home features a split-entryway, stairs are required to access both levels of the home.

Safety is important! In order to maintain the safety of our home for our guests, we've installed a security camera floodlight at the front of the home, as well as above the back door looking towards the rear staircase/back yard area. Please note that these devices record continually 24/7 when motion is detected. The neighborhood is very safe, but we take this extra security precaution for peace of mind for ourselves and our guests.

Weather Advisory and Driveway Access! Vehicles equipped snow tires are advised during the winter season. Our home is located in the heart of Anchorage, and features a relatively smooth and level driveway/parking area. Snow removal is provided by a third party company that visits the property after 2" of snow has accumulated, or once the snow event ends. They will clear the front walkway and driveway automatically, keeping everything looking fresh all winter long. Please note: We do not refund based on weather or snowfall.

As a reminder, this is a non-smoking property. In addition, we have a very strict no-party policy. Please be sure all guests entering the property are pre-registered for this listing. Large groups are prohibited without prior approval. To provide the best experience for all guests, we utilize indoor ambient noise monitoring with a device from Minut. The Minut device only measures overall decibel levels; it does not record conversations. Minut measures and logs temperature, humidity, noise decibel levels. Alaskan Critters!! Welcome to the Great North! Occasionally, you may see a Moose roaming the neighborhood. While they are adorable, it's best to not touch or go near them. They are very cute and may look hungry, but do not feed them! Please, be sure to keep extra distance during the spring calving season. Mother moose are extremely protective of their calves and will chase you down! If you do encounter a momma moose and her kids, please just give them some space; they will mosey on their way in time :)
