Family time in Anchorage

Lovely, large, well maintained house in south Anchorage. This home provided numerous sleeping options for family members from different family units, had space to spread out and lots of amenities. Great location near highway and in nice neighborhood.

Lovely and Spacious House

House was super clean and spacious. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it for big groups of family or friends. Games room and the basement area was super fun for the family get together and thank you for welcome basket and all other amenities.

Amazing and Relaxing

We stayed a week and had everything we needed, tons of space to sleep, relax and enjoy the area. As an added bonus the owner supplied many little things like loads of towels, Alaska treats (chocolate, salmon jerky, honey..like a welcome basket). The deck is great with a fire pit. AND s’mores kit. So many little things that make this a home away from home. If you are in the area, this is a must stay place!!

Excellent stay and host!

The property was perfect for us as we stayed there for our daughter’s wedding. We loved all the bedrooms and laundry facilities. We had two babies with us and the sound really didn’t carry. Sheila was the best host we’ve ever had. She was super attentive to our needs and communication- and so kind and thoughtful. She put touches throughout the property that says she cares and values her guests… from Q trips in the bathroom to a fully stocked kitchen and sweet welcome basket! Thank you Sheila for the best stay!

South Anchorage Delight

A group of 6 had the opportunity to stay in this massive property and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. Because of circumstances outside of the manager's control, our check in was delayed (which we were totally ok with us as we just landed and went and had lunch), but communication was stellar. In fact, the two things that stand out were the excellent communication and how big the space was. Six of us each had our own bedroom (with comfortable beds/bedding, ample closet space) bathroom sharing was not a problem. Rooms were big, but there were also multiple areas for gathering. There were at least three separate "living rooms". We did not spend much time downstairs, but there is a bar area, games, workout room, bathroom, movie room, so adults and kiddos would both enjoy the huge space. It was raining while we were there, so did not enjoy the outside deck as much as we would have liked, but sitting on the front porch, under the eaves, was lovely. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including some basic spices. Also, this property had the best stock of sundries (paper towels, tp, soap etc) that I have seen. The grill was in pristine shape. We had one snafu with the bathroom toilet, and the manager went above and beyond, and it was repaired while we were out and about. It's a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to rent again. Location allowed us to easily head into Anchorage or head south to Beluga Point and areas beyond.
