Clean, comfy, and centrally located in Downtown Sebring- home to HGTV's Home Town Takeover Season 3. Watch people take group shots and selfies at the Postcard Mural right from your window or the private balcony. When you aren't inside enjoying the studio, be only steps away from their recent community murals, visit our neighbor across the road-Sophie's Cafe, see the projects, games on the Circle, and facade facelifts of our beautiful downtown area. Downtown is the heart of a community and thanks to them, we are thriving again. This is all just steps away from your fully equipped stay at Audrey's Place. The decor features pinks, teals, and floral prints which reflect the sunsets and sky of Florida. I hope that you enjoy this fun space for your special getaway. Fast Wi-Fi, private outside balcony, a full kitchen, onsite washer/dryer (is shared with another apartment), and futon allows for additional guest. Enjoy your stay!
Located right on the circle, you have easy to the Sebring International Raceway, local coffee shops, bars, & festivals, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks.

Great little apartment to stay right next to the circle. My wife and I were in town to exhibit our art work at the Sebring Art and Craft Festival and the place was very convenient for us since the show was right on the circle. Audrey was very accommodating to all our requests and even offered for us to stay parked at the room all day while we were at the show even though we had already checked out. We would like to come back for vacation to more thoroughly enjoy the room, the city and places to see.

Checking in was easy. I loved staying here. I was shocked how quiet it was. It had everything I needed and more. The attention to detail was great. It was easy like Sunday morning.

Place was very clean and comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to those who love small town atmosphere. The HGTV circle makeover was fantastic and the people are very friendly and inviting. Thanks Aubrey for sharing your place with us, we will definitely be back!

PERFECT!

Room was charming, ideal for our needs. Clean, comfy bed, and all the amenities you need. Very convenient for walks, around the circle so no excuses not to visit the charming restaurants, shops ... Farmers market Saturday and Sundays and don't miss Sweet Blossoms bake shop.The town is just darling!! Host ... well just the best!

The apartment

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk the circle. Food, shops, and stores. The only drawback is if your to visit ie veterans place or other sites they're closed on Monday's and Tuesday. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

Loved the space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The vintage look was spot on. Smart TV. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed!!!! Amazing! And we loved the outdoor space. It was downtown so close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Hot & Bright.

Property was a little dated & could use a deep clean. Issue #1 was it was hot. The window shaker A/C unit ran the entire time I was there & the temp on the unit never got below 79°. I woke up at 2am and was so hot I went on the sofa to sleep so the unit’s cold air could blow on me. The second issue was it was so bright in there at 7am. The drapes block the a/c unit if put all the way down so had to hang to the side to not block cold air. So the street light outside was shining through bottom half of that window. The door leading to the balcony has no blinds or drapes, so the light shines through that door that faces the bed. So it was very bright in the morning.

Cute and convenient

This was perfect for our little road trip. It's right next to shops and restaurants, is clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed it. It is up metal stairs which we didn't have any problem with, but anyone less active than my 78 year old mom might have a little difficulty. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, fun, and comfy! Downtown Sebring is the historic part of Sebring and this building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and is one of the original buildings on the Circle. The neighborhood itself tends to be full of people and is the heart of the ammernitites. Sophie's Cafe can be seen (and often smelled) from the private balcony . People enjoy taking selfies and group photos at the Postcard Mural, walking to the various shops, cigar bar, wine bar, and restaurants. Circle Park offers a community ping pong table, cornhole, shaded seating, and fun music.

You will have everything you can need! From linens, hair dryer, full kitchen, basic spices and condiments, coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, teas, fast internet and a smart TV for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Nearby highlights include: annual events and festivals throughout the year. These happen just downstairs from where you are staying. Mon Cirque Wine Bar which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday nights. Local favorite spots to eat Mort & Edna's, Faded Bar & Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, The 301, Brewha's Burgers, Peru Fresh, and Sophie's Cafe. Other notable areas in town are Highlands Lakeside Theatre, the Children's Museum of Highlands County, the Sebring Raceway, Florida's first state park which is Highlands Hammock, fishing, golf, local art galleries, the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts to name a few. Under 2.5 miles to both Advent Health and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. An hour and a half to Disney, Universal, and the beach.
