Welcome to our Bungalow Getaway a home away from home! As you approach our home you will see a spacious front yard with lots of room for outside activities for family fun and fur babies including a large porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee . This bungalow home has two bedrooms and a loft with a full bathroom. Washer and dryer to use at your convince. Nice and peaceful area very close to shops, restaurants and downtown Zephyrhills. We are very close to our famous Wesley Chapel Lagoon.

Week Stay Visiting Family

We chose Henry’s property because we were visiting family in Zephyrhills. The property was centrally located, pretty quiet, and had the amenities necessary for our family! Henry answered any communication within minutes.

Cute and clean

We enjoyed our stay during the annual WW2 reenactment over Veteran’s Day weekend. Our host was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The beds were comfortable and house nice and clean . Thank you for a nice stay!

Bungalow in Zephyrhills

The place was clean for the most part but it is old and in an old neighborhood. There was a lot of landscaping issues that were not in any of the pictures.

Nice home

Overall our stay was fine it was a clean property with a quiet neighborhood there is a few things wrong though the wifi only worked in two rooms he offered to come fix it but i declined it wasnt a big deal i smelled sewer down in the game room with the hint of smoke i sparayed 2 cans of febreeze tryna kill the smell i like how spacious the home was with a few minor fixes i would rent this property again the owner is nice and welcoming also

Beautiful

This place is so beautiful. Easy check in. I would recommend this to anyone. I loved sitting outside listening to the birds as I drank my coffee. So much bigger then I could have ever imagined. Very clean . The host was great.

Stay in Central Florida.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be.We had family North.We had family South.We were able to go to the atlantic and the gulf of mexico all the all around great location

Perfect get away

Very nice place with lots of space for everyone. Clean and modern decor was perfect get away vibe! Large kitchen was a big help and loved the game area! Owners were super helpful answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Nice neighborhood

I was hoping to stay to the Bungalow Getaway. It was my second time in a month and I was looking forward to multiple stays, but it is booked. I like the location and walking through the neighborhood with my dogs. I've gotten to know some of the neighbors and the community has friendly people and the house is awesome.

Quaint property

We needed a place to stay near my parents's house while visiting Wesley Chapel. Although this is located in Zephyrhills, the route to their house was not too trafficked. We were able to come back to this house to sleep and take our time getting ready in the mornings. It was quaint and comfortable for our purposes. There was also a little game room that we enjoyed.

Charming retreat

Very charming house - nicely decorated, VERY clean and had everything I needed, except for a hair drier, but that was not a big deal. Also the water was nice and hot in the shower. Close to Winn-Dixie. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in ages - that combined with the quiet neighborhood provided good night sleeps every night. The manager was VERY quick to respond to my inquiries.

Hunkered down here during Hurricane Milton

We were very appreciative to have this property to hunker down in during hurricane Milton. The host was very gracious. He let us in early even though there was no cleaning crew to clean the property. He offered to give us 50% off our stay. We lost Internet, electric and water during the storm and left early the next morning but we had a roof over our head when we needed it and we’re very thankful for that. It was a dangerous night for everyone and this home kept us safe. Very thankful to the property owner for everything!

Why charge a cleaning fee when house isn’t clean.

Charging a cleaning fee when there are layers of dust on doors, vents, crumbs in the fridge, smear marks on appliances, etc. We were able to check in early which was great & the host had good communication but we were not happy with the cleanliness of the home.

Weekend Reception

I did not receive check in info until well after check in time of 3:00. I received it then because I requested it!! We were initially traveling with a total of 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Fortunately, the extra adult and oets had to cancel. I say fortunately because the blinds were broken and down In extra bedroom. The neighbors could see right inside the room. The Yard was VERY unsafe to walk around with pets. There was mangled metal and holes everywhere outside. The plumbing did not function properly either. That’s part of the big holes It is a cool little place but it was not guest ready. I let owner/host know but there was no reply. Honestly, if he would’ve simply apologized or replied at all, I probably would not have left this negative of a review. Needs to communicate!!

Positive Experience!

Overall we had a good time, spending the Christmas holiday. This one-story house wasn't too challenging for our visiting elderly family members to navigate, only having to help them with the few front door steps. The kitchen was well appointed with the necessities and we prepared multiple holiday feasts. The house was nicely renovated with large comfortable beds (though linens a little sparse), massive TVs in every room, good Wi-Fi , my son loved the foosball table, and communication with the hosts was prompt. The few problems we ran into were addressed immediately. There wasn't much to the what appeared to a be a mixed income neighborhood. We walked around a bit, but there wasn't really anything to see. It was very close to a local supermarket and not far from the main drag, Gall Blvd. Nearby was the primary hospital, AdventHealth ZH, with loads of local shops, restaurants and alternate grocery shopping locations and big box stores. It couldn't have been more convenient for our needs, visiting family in nearby assisted living. Florida was unusually cold during the 2022 Christmas holiday, and it challenged the heating system of the house. It eventually worked itself out, but the hosts were quick to drop off a couple space heaters that we used a bit during the coldest spells. Also the property is a strictly no-smoking house, but there was a faint odor that lingered of either a previous smoker, or some other smoke related incident. Nothing terrible though. We ran in to a few bugs in the kitchen, bathroom and living room, which is par for the course with Florida, but it was enough that we left no food out, being careful to clean up regularly. The hosts said they would have the place treated after we vacated and offered us sprays, but we opted not to use them. Curiously, expecting some smoke from the roast we prepared for dinner, I looked for smoke alarms, anticipating that they might go off. I didn't find any. Maybe I overlooked them? Their location is usually pretty obvious... If we require a place to stay in the future, we will certainly keep this, or any of the hosts other properties on our list. Thanks for a great holiday stay!

Clean home with plenty of yard space. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to allow us to cook several things to take to a family party. Water pressure was amazing and having a washer and dryer on site was a bonus.
